Study on Seismic Performance for Solar Array on-board Structure--Development of the roofless type frame structure
publisherⅢ.論文集In this study, we rationalize a connection between stake structure and superstructure for the solar array on-board structure setting type above the ground. Then, the dead space under the solar panel is improved to the available space as the agriculture site by suggesting new construction. We call the new solar array on-board structure "roofless type frame structure". And, the roofless type frame structure is planned the sunshine and rain reached to the ground. The fracture experiments for the connection in the structure are shown to investigate the seismic performance of the structure. In addition, the micro tremor measurements are carried out using wireless high-sensitivity accelerometers for actual roofless type frame structure which planed by based on these examinations. As a result, we investigated the mechanical characteristic of the structure and verified these mechanical performances

A problem of Fare-paying Services with Private Cars in Depopulated Areas
publisher[Abstract] In recent years, aging and depopulated is a serious problem in the provinces. A bus has been used as public transportation at the provinces, but continuous operations of bus is becoming difficult. Therefore, Fare-paying Services with Private Cars in Depopulated Areas were introduced in several areas. In this study, a problem of Fare-paying Services with Private Cars in Depopulated Areas is analyzed. As a result of analysis, it was found that have to expand a run area and take a various use promotional measure
Development of Fish type Robot based on the Analysis of Swimming Motion of Blue Fin Tuna
publisherThe swimming motion of Tuna type fishes has excellent ability for its speed and efficiency. And some studies have been reported about the most efficient swimming motion by using numerical analysis on two dimensional oscillated wing theory. And several fish type robots are developed based on these studies, but almost all robots have spring held tail fin. Because the tail of tuna type fishes is very smart, and very difficult to implement the tail fin angle control mechanism. So, these fish type robots cannot confirm theoretical result by experimental way. So we designed and developed smart tail fin angle controlling mechanism which can swim maximum 2.0m/s as reported in previous reports') 8) 9) 10) Then, this paper shows some experimental results about the relationship between the swimming motion scheme and the swimming speed
〈論文〉総合依存, 国際機構とスマートパワー--ネオリベラル世界におけるオバマのネオリベラル外交
publisher専攻: 異文化コミュニケーション・国際関係(Abstract) The fall of the Berlin Wall has ushered in a neoliberal world order characterized by the rise of a number of powerful state and non-state actors. The fundamental liberal principles of the old Post World War II order remain the same including open trade, support for the rule of law and a commitment to human rights. However, financial and technology revolutions have transformed the global order in that multiple actors now have numerous channels to interact with each other. This paper argues, given this new global order, that the neoliberal theoretical framework and its respective policies tools adopted by the Obama administration are appropriate. The main tenets of the neoliberal framework and its policy instruments as outlined here are interdependence, institutions and smart power. Neoliberal theory contends that the agenda of analysis for international relations has expanded far beyond the narrow confines of security policy to fields such as economics, environment, health and sociocultural interchange. In fact, the impact of these areas on security policy, particularly in a context of high interdependence, has substantially diminished the value of hard power as a foreign policy tool. Obama has recognized the changing nature of the global order and adopted the use of economic interdependence, institutions and smart power to modify the behavior of other states. The main challenge confronting the United States is to retain its central role within the neoliberal order while managing the peaceful rise of other states
<Original Papers>Fundamental Study on Chemical Resistivity of Bamboo
publisher[Synopsis] Recently, in the attention in response to global warming issues and sustainable society, the manufacturing using natural materials has become actively. Bamboo, low cost, fast growing, and broad distribution of growth, is expected to contribute significantly to earthquake-resistant construction and seismic retrofit technology in developing countries. The authors also have been studied for understanding the mechanical behavior of bamboo reinforced concrete members and clarifying the differences of structural properties from steel reinforced concrete and bamboo reinforced concrete. A study of the feasibility of using bamboo and non-steel as the reinforcing material in concrete members was conducted in our laboratory. This paper deals with the effect of the corrosion of bamboo. The cross sectional area and the tensile strength filled with cement paste cured w/c=50% and 100% significantly are changed up and down with aging time. However, one year later, the cross sectional area and tensile strength are coming back to the state before
