The objectives of this study are to examine the effect of product variation and after sales services on customer satisfaction, and to analyze the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards UNiQUE IT Company. The total number of customers is unknown; therefore, by using the Raosoft sample size calculator, a sample of 377 respondents is selected using a systematic sampling method. Every fifth customer entering the shop is selected as a sample respondent. The data collection period was from March to April 2025. This study employs a structured questionnaire to collect primary data, while secondary data are obtained from textbooks, journals, research papers, and credible online sources. Statistical tools including descriptive analysis and regression analysis are used to examine the relationships between variables through SPSS software. The findings reveal that all three dimensions of product variation including product quality, product completeness, and brand variation have significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Similarly, after sales services dimensions (maintenance, spare parts supply, warranty, and inspection) also have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction. There is the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study suggests that UNiQUE IT Company should expand its product offerings, improve after sales services quality, and build customer trust to drive loyalty

on customers' impulse buying behavior towards Index Living Mall, a prominent retail chain
in Yangon. It also examines the moderating effect of hedonic motivation on the relationship
between visual merchandising, store atmosphere, and impulse buying behavior. The

Raosoft’s formula was used to calculate a sample size of 293 customers. These customers
were surveyed using a structured questionnaire, employing a simple random sampling
method. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, primary data were collected through
online surveys, and descriptive statistics and regression analysis were performed to
determine the effects of various factors. The findings indicated that both visual
merchandising and store atmosphere are positively significant affected on impulse buying
behavior. Furthermore, the study revealed that hedonic motivation significantly moderates
the effects on visual merchandising and store atmosphere element, such as floor
merchandising with negative and completely, store atmosphere elements, such as lighting
and color with positive and partially, and store layout with negative and partially on
customers’ impulse buying behavior. Specifically, customers with higher hedonic
motivation are more responsive to sensory-rich elements like lighting and color but less
influenced by the floor merchandising and store layout. The insights gained from this study

Geotechnical and Geochemical Characteristics of Limestone in South-western part of Pyin-Oo-Lwin Area, Mandalay Region
Abstract
The research is carried out using the petrographical, geotechnical and geochemical
analyses to examine the quality of limestone for cement exposed at the Southwestern part of the PyinOo-Lwin Area, Mandalay Region. The limestone exposed in this area is the burrow limestone, siltpatches limestone and dolomitic limestone of Sitha Formation, phacoidal limestones of the
Nyaungbaw Formation, black limestone and dolomitic limestone of Zebingyi Formation and dolomite
of Maymyo Formation. Although all limestones can be extracted profitably, the two limestones,
dolomitic limestone of Sitha Formation and black limestone of Zebingyi Formation are the most
available for Portland cement production according to this investigation. They can be mined at an
estimated 743,919.589 tons and 19,790,809.7 tons respectively. According to petrographic analysis of
Danhum’s Limestone Classification, four types of limestone can be classified into mudstone,
wackestone, padstone and grainstone based on the texture of limestone. The burrow limestone, siltpatches limestone and black limestone possess medium strength on the strength index value of Point
Load Test that are suitable for cement production. Besides, the percentages of SiO2 and CaO are
important considerations for Portland cement production. In addition, the CaO percentages of
dolomitic limestone in Sitha Formation and black limestone in Zebingyi Formation have the standard
ranges and the SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 percentages have nearly the standard ranges for Portland cement.
Moreover, the values of Silica Modulus and Lime Saturation Factor in these two limestones have
nearly standard range. According to the comparative study of geotechnical and geochemical analyses,
the dolomitic limestone and black limestone have the standard percentage of SiO2 and CaO with low
to medium strength. Therefore, it can be strongly recommended that these two limestones are suitable
for Portland cement production
