    Leadership in the educational environment plays a very important role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere. As with participatory leadership, the role of the school principal is not only as a decision-maker but also as a facilitator who encourages the participation of teachers and students. This approach is expected to promote the involvement of all parties in the decision-making process related to education. Teacher involvement is a key element in creating an effective learning environment. In addition to teachers, student involvement is also very important in making decisions related to school policies.The method used in this article is a literature study, which is a data collection approach by reviewing and understanding theories from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. Data collection is done by searching for and constructing information from various sources, such as books, journals, and previous research.The role of the principal in making and taking decisions, with responsibility for results that align with the issues at hand, and the involvement of teachers in decision-making, has a significant impact on improving teacher quality, such as mastery of subject matter and teaching techniques, as well as from the aspects of morale, work ethics, and motivation in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Additionally, involving students in decision-making allows them to think critically and analytically. This participatory leadership is very important for the principal in the decision-making process because it involves teachers and students, thereby forming a shared goal that creates a conducive and comfortable learning environment

    This study aims to reveal the applied pattern of the formation of effective HR performance. This study took place at the Ibnu Kholdun Al Hasyimi Widoropayung Besuki Islamic Boarding School. This data collection used a qualitative case study approach. Data acquisition through observation and interviews with the regional head, one of the administrators, and one of the students. The data analysis procedure is data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective HR performance towards a quality Islamic boarding school includes: Administrators have potential, have high desires, and get support from leaders. The results of the study indicate the success and implementation of effective human resource performance towards a quality Islamic boarding school.     The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at LPR Course. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected from customers or students of the LPR Course as the sample. The data were gathered using a saturation sampling technique, involving 20 respondents. The study employs simple regression analysis to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at LPR Course

    This study is titled The Effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in Tangerang Selatan. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in Tangerang Selatan. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consists of consumers who have purchased Mie Gacoan products in South Tangerang. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents who are Mie Gacoan consumers. The data analysis in this study is conducted using IBM SPSS 21 software. Data collection is carried out through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to Mie Gacoan consumers in Tangerang Selatan. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a partial test significance result of 0.000. Similarly, the service quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a partial test significance value of 0.001. Furthermore, simultaneously, the product quality and service quality variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the F-test result with a significance value of 0.000

    This study aims to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in transforming students' academic behavior at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya through the lens of B.F. Skinner's reinforcement theory. The background of this research focuses on the potential of AI to support learning, while also presenting challenges, particularly concerning academic ethics. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to uncover students' motivations and behavior in using AI. The findings indicate that AI has a dual role as both positive and negative reinforcement in students' academic behavior. Ethical use of AI can enhance independence, engagement in learning, and academic quality. Conversely, AI also has the potential to facilitate unethical academic behaviors through negative reinforcement, such as plagiarism and task completion without deep understanding. This study suggests the importance of implementing positive reinforcement and strict disciplinary measures to encourage responsible AI usage in academic settings

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the integration of John Dewey's experiential learning concept in children's Qur'an learning in order to increase their active involvement and understanding of Qur'anic values. This study uses a library research method to collect and analyze data from various literature sources, such as books, journal articles, and documents related to John Dewey's experiential learning concept and its application in Qur'anic education. The data obtained are analyzed through identification of key concepts, comparison with the principles of Qur'anic education, and categorization to build a systematic theoretical framework. This approach provides a strong theoretical basis for evaluating the relevance and potential of integrating Dewey's theory in children's Qur'anic learning. The results of the study indicate that the application of John Dewey's experiential learning concept in Qur'anic learning can create a more active and contextual learning experience for children. With the "learning by doing" approach and project-based learning, children not only memorize the verses of the Qur'an, but also understand and apply them in everyday life. The integration of technology and media in the learning process also increases student engagement, making learning more interactive and enjoyable. Overall, this approach not only deepens religious understanding, but also strengthens children's character and social skills, and prepares them to face life's challenges

    The Umayyad Dynasty was the first Islamic empire, and independence in various aspects, including economic self-sufficiency, was essential to achieve the welfare of society and ensure the dynasty’s continuity. Throughout its long period of rule, the Umayyad Dynasty was led by 14 caliphs, each with their unique leadership style. However, only three of these caliphs succeeded in bringing the Umayyad Dynasty to its peak: Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan, Abdul Malik bin Marwan, and Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Economic growth increased during the reign of the Umayyads compared to previous periods. The economic improvements that brought prosperity to the people of this dynasty were a direct result of the caliphs’ policies, supported by public participation. This study aims to understand the economic concepts implemented by Muslims during the Umayyad era. Using a library research method with a descriptive-analytical and qualitative approach, the study reviews the concept of “property law” through related articles. The analysis shows that during the Umayyad period, the economy grew more rapidly than in previous times, with prosperity resulting from the policies of the caliphs, particularly Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan, Abdul Malik bin Marwan, and Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Their policies, along with the support of the public, played a crucial role in the economic growth of the Umayyad era. Changes in Islamic life occurred swiftly, encompassing various fields of knowledge such as religion, architecture, science, technology, and economics.&nbsp

    Inspirational Leadership in Encouraging Academic Achievement in Vocational High Schools

    This study explores the role of inspirational leadership, often identified with transformational leadership, in enhancing academic achievement within vocational high schools. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA methodology, the research synthesizes findings from 40 articles published between 2018 and 2024. The PRISMA approach is utilized for analysis. Data in systematic reviews that aim to screen, evaluate, and transparently report literature. The steps of data analysis with PRISMA involve a process of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion of relevant literature. The analysis highlights the capacity of transformational leadership to foster collaboration, innovation, and motivation among school stakeholders. It underscores the influence of leadership in integrating entrepreneurial values, developing innovative teaching methods, and creating an inclusive school culture. The study also identifies a significant research gap in understanding the direct application of transformational leadership in vocational contexts. Recommendations are made for school leaders to implement transformational leadership practices aligned with contemporary educational challenges, focusing on equipping students with both academic and practical skills for the workforce

    This study aims to analyze the role of reputation management in addressing communication crises related to public policy in Indonesia, focusing on the case of the removal of fuel subsidies  in 2022. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach using library research techniques, which involve the collection and analysis of relevant literature, including academic journals, government reports, and other publications on communication crises and reputation management. The findings indicate that ineffective and non-transparent communication from the government has led to confusion and dissatisfaction among the public. The response to this policy varied, with numerous protests and criticism from the media. In light of this situation, the government eventually adopted more transparent communication tactics through press conferences and the use of social media, which proved to have a positive impact on improving public image. Actively listening to public feedback through digital platforms also contributed to an increase in public trust towards the government. The lessons learned from this case highlight the importance of proactive early communication and public involvement in the decision-making process, as well as effective social media strategies for enhancing the government's reputatio

    Pendampingan Karang Taruna Desa Sahang melalui Budaya Nyinom dalam Membentuk Karakter Gotong Royong

    The nyinom (sinoman) tradition is a social heritage of Javanese society rooted in the values of mutual cooperation, solidarity, and selfless service. In Sahang Village, this tradition is not merely a social practice within communal celebrations but also functions as a character education mechanism based on local wisdom. Through the involvement of young people in nyinom activities, values of identity, morality, and competitiveness are naturally cultivated within community life.The urgency of this tradition becomes increasingly relevant when confronted with the challenges of globalization and the pervasive influence of digital culture, which often weaken social interaction and solidarity among citizens. From an interdisciplinary perspective, nyinom can be understood as a bridge between the past and the future: it safeguards the continuity of noble values while serving as an instrument for shaping the character of youth within the Karang Taruna organization. Drawing on recent academic literature (2015–2023), this paper argues that nyinom is not merely a cultural tradition but also a moral bulwark capable of addressing the character crisis among younger generations. Therefore, the revitalization of nyinom becomes a crucial agenda in the development of character education grounded in local wisdom in the digital era
