Analisis Sistem Manajemen Sekuriti : K3 dan Beban Kerja di PT.Bridgestone
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the security management system, Occupational Safety and Health (K3), as well as workload at PT Bridgestone. Three aspects This is an important pillar in maintaining smooth operations, employee safety, and security of company assets. As a large manufacturing company, PT Bridgestone facing complex challenges in implementing strict security management, effective K3 policies, and balanced workload arrangements for employees. This research method includes qualitative and quantitative approaches with techniques data collection through observation, interviews and questionnaires to employees and management. Data analysis was carried out to evaluate the extent of the management system security and K3 have been implemented, as well as to identify factors that affect employee workload. The research results show that still there are several areas that require improvement, such as procedural adjustments security, increased compliance with K3 standards, and workload management which is more regular. Recommendations resulting from this research include strengthening the management system security with supporting technology, regular K3 training for all employees, as well as adjusting workload to suit individual capacity. System implementation More integrated management is expected to be able to create a work environment which is safer, more productive and conducive at PT Bridgestone
Development of Game-Based Karate Basic Technique Activities at Dojo Parulian 2 Medan
This study aims to develop game-based karate movement activities that can increase the effectiveness of training and active participation of Dojo Parulian 2 Medan members categorized as elementary schools aged 6 to 12 years. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method developed by Sugiyono. With eight stages, namely potential and problems, collecting data, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, trial use. This research was conducted at dojo Parulian 2 Medan with a small scale trial of 10 people and a large scale trial of 15 people. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the product quality assessment "Development of game-based karate movement activities in dojo parulian 2 medan" from the initial stage to the final stage is included in the "very feasible" criteria. The results of the analysis of the use trial to students stated "Very Feasible" with the results of a small scale trial with a score of 83.33% and a large scale trial with a score of 88.54%. From the results of the usage trial assessment, it can be concluded that the development of game-based karate motion activities at the Parulian 2 Medan dojo is categorized as "Very Feasible" and researchers can produce products for the implementation of game-based karate motion activity development

The purpose of this study is to; identify effective personal branding strategies on social media, assess the impact of personal branding in increasing community awareness, and provide practical recommendations for individuals and organizations in building personal branding. Social media has become a major catalyst in connecting individuals and communities in the digital era. Personal branding, which is essentially an effort to build a consistent self-image, can be used strategically to increase community awareness on important issues. This article explores how social media can be utilized to build authentic personal branding, and examines its impact in expanding the reach of social messages. Through a literature review and case studies, this article provides practical guidance for individuals who want to maximize the role of social media in mobilizing communities.
Pengaruh Digitalisasi Terhadap Gaya Hidup, Kesehatan Mental Dan Interaksi Sosial Gen Z Dan Alpha: Perspektif Generasi Swipe Di Era Digital
This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on lifestyle, mental health, and social interaction among Generation Z and Generation Alpha in Bekasi City. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from students and university students using a structured Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between latent variables. The results indicate that digitalization significantly influences lifestyle, mental well-being, and social interaction. It shapes daily habits that are increasingly connected to digital technology, influencing consumption patterns and activity management among the youth. However, excessive use of digital media also contributes to psychological strain and a decline in the quality of face-to-face social relationships. These findings suggest that Generation Z and Alpha live in a highly digitalized environment, necessitating guidance, digital literacy education, and supportive social policies to maintain a balance between technology usage and the psychological and social well-being of young peopl
Analisis Penerapan QCC Pada Proses Drying Untuk Meminimalkan Cacat Produk Di Plant Spray Dryer Pada PT XYZ
PT. XYZ is a company operating in the international standard Agro chemical industry. Products produced by PT. XYZ is ethanol, SCP30 and humic compounds. The aim of this research is to analyze SCP30 product defects, determine the factors that cause defects, and analyze how production control is implemented. The research used the QCC method and the research itself was carried out at PT. XYZ which is located in Kebakkramat. The author carried out research by observing the production process time and conducting direct interviews in order to find out and conclude the causes of product defects. Based on findings in the field, there are 3 types of defects, namely less dry, soft and burnt defects. After carrying out analysis, observation and interviews with related parties, it can be concluded that the causes of product defects occur. then we can propose improvements using the 5W+1H analysis. After improvements and implementation of QCC, it was found that the defect reduction was 7.11%, although it was still above the company standard, namely 6%. The decrease in soft and less dry defects reached zero defects while burnt defects increased. However, it is not a problem for the company because it can still be used compared to other defects. Emotional Stability and Self-Control: A Case Study of University Taekwondo Athletes
In taekwondo matches, some taekwondo athletes have difficulty managing their emotions and self-control when experiencing unexpected things in the middle of the game, this makes athletes lose focus on their match so athletes have a lack of confidence and damage the match pattern that has been planned before the game starts, such as kicking that does not hit the point repeatedly, and not protecting the body protector properly. This results in athletes experiencing defeat in the match which adds to the emotions of athletes becoming increasingly mixed up and unable to control themselves. Existing studies are still limited in examining the relationship between emotional stability and self-control in university taekwondo athletes. Therefore, this study aims to fill this gap by examining the relationship between the two variables in university taekwondo athletes, The researcher also aims to test the relationship between emotional stability and self-control in university taekwondo athletes. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach involving 30 taekwondo athletes from the Indonesian Education University. The instruments used in this study are cross-sectional taken from the UWIST Mood Adjective Checklist (UMAC) and Brief Self-Control Scale. After the data has been obtained, data analysis is carried out by correlation testing using SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between the emotional stability and self-control of university taekwondo athletes. This study concludes that emotional stability and self-control play an important role in the self-control of university taekwondo athletes
Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat Terhadap PHK di Indonesia Pada Twitter Menggunakan Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM)
The phenomenon of layoffs in Indonesia has led to various public opinions, especially on social media. This research aims to analyze public sentiment on the layoff issue using data from Twitter, and compare the performance of two text classification algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine. The Knowledge Discovery in Databases approach is used as the research framework, which includes the stages of data selection, text cleaning, transformation, classification, and evaluation. A total of 3,458 tweets were collected and processed through the pre-processing stage, then classified into positive and negative sentiments. Performance assessment was conducted with three scenarios of training and test data sharing: 80:20, 70:30, and 90:10. The results showed that Support Vector Machine gave the highest accuracy of 84.93% in the 90:10 scenario, compared to Naïve Bayes with 82.61% accuracy in the same scenario. Visualization through wordcloud was also used to strengthen the interpretation of dominant words in public opinion. The findings show that classification algorithms can be utilized to understand public perceptions of employment issues and support social data-based decision-making. This research can be further developed by expanding data coverage and evaluating more complex methods to improve classification accuracy
Effectiveness of Law Enforcement on Online Gambling Promotion Among Influencers
The sophistication of information technology makes online gambling increasingly developing. This also gives rise to the rampant promotion and advertising of online gambling, The important role of influencers is often associated with the increase in online gambling among the public. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement against the promotion of online gambling by influencers in Indonesia, focusing on existing regulations, challenges in their implementation, and their impact on society. The research method used in this writing is that this research is designed with a normative juridical method. This research was carried out by researching library materials (secondary data) or library legal research. The results of the study show that despite the law enforcement efforts carried out, their effectiveness is still limited and requires a more comprehensive approach, including inter-agency cooperation and public education about the risks of online gambling. The recommendations include the need for clearer and more specific regulatory revisions and strengthening the capacity of law enforcement agencies to face challenges in this digital era. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective legal policies in tackling the promotion of online gambling by influencers in Indonesia
Pengaruh Perencanaan SDM, Penempatan, Dan Analisis Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Literatur)
Studi ini mengkaji pengaruh perencanaan sumber daya manusia, penempatan pegawai, dan analisis jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan studi mempergunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sumber daya manusia, penempatan pegawai, dan analisis pekerjaan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti memediasi interaksi antara ketiga variabel tersebut dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil studi mengindiksikan pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang strategis dalam menaikkan efektivitas pada organisasi dan produktivitas pegawai. Penelitian ini memperkaya khazanah ilmu pengetahuan dengan membuktikan secara empiris fungsi mediasi dari kepuasan kerja, sekaligus menyajikan rekomendasi praktis yang dapat diterapkan organisasi untuk menyempurnakan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia mereka
Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Menggunakan Metode Customer Satisfacation Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) di BW Eatry
BW EATRY adalah perusahaan di industri makanan dan minuman menawarkan berbagai layanan kuliner. Ratarata komplain pelanggan dalam satu tahun sebesar 3,8% yang dimana melebihi target komplain perusahan yaitu 1%. Untuk itu diperlukan analisis penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan kepuasan customer BW EATRY dan menentukan apa saja yang harus dipertahankan,diperbaiki dan dikurangi intensitasnya untuk kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfacition Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Index (IPA).Hasil perhitungan dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) nilai kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 45,87% diartikan pelanggan cukup puas dengan pelayanan diberikan oleh pelanggan BW EATRY. Bedasarkan metode Important Performance Analysis (IPA) ditemukan atribut-atribut yang harus dipertahankan,diperbaiki,dan intensitasnya dikurangin, atribut-atribut yang harus dipertahankan yaitu (packing/kemasan yang rapih dan bagus,pengetahuan pegawai,pelayanan pegawai yang cepat,pegawai cepat dalam menanggapi keluhan,dan pegawai memiliki pengetahuan yang lengkap.),harus diperbaiki pada atribut (pegawai selalu menyakan produk apa saja yang dibutuhkan customer),dan harus dikurangi intesnsitasnya pada atribut (sikap pegawai yang ramah) dan atribut (pegawai memberikan pelayanan baik kepada customer,selalu menjaga qualitas bahan-bahan makanan,pegawai menjamin tidak adanya keterlambatan pengiriman,pegawai memberikan informasi promo,memberikan informasi terkait barang kepada pelanggan). Maka dari itu analisis ini memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam kepuasan pelanggan yang mengidentifikasi atribut-atribut apa saja yang harus dipertahankan,diperbaiki,dan intensitasnya dikurangi dalam meningkatkan strategi pelayanan dan memaksimalkan kepuasan pelanggan
