Implikasi Teori Belajar Kognitivistik Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama
Cognitivist learning theory emphasizes that learning is an active mental process involving experience and interaction with the environment. This qualitative descriptive study aims to conceptually examine the implications of cognitivist learning theory for Islamic Religious Education at the junior high school level in literature review. The findings reveal that cognitivist theory remains highly applicable in designing adaptive and meaningful learning strategies, particularly through methods such as discovery learning and problem-based learning. Moreover, understanding students’ cognitive structures enables educators to tailor materials according to developmental stages. The study recommends integrating cognitive theory into PAI instruction to enhance learning effectiveness and promote deeper comprehension of religious values
Perencanaan Pengurus Wilayah IPPNU Sumut Dalam Edukasi Dampak Pernikahan Di Usia Dini Bagi Remaja Muslim
This research analyzes the plan of the North Sumatra IPPNU Regional Board in educating Muslim teenagers about the negative impact of marriage at an early age. By using descriptive qualitative techniques such as observation, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the results of the research, IPPNU North Sumatra plans educational activities for teenagers about the negative impact of early marriage, including socialization to schools, strengthening cadres, and partnerships with other organizations. Early marriage has been associated with increased school dropout rates, reproductive health hazards, economic instability, and domestic violence. However, in terms of implementation, IPPNU faces problems such as limited access to schools, the dominance of the program in madrasah, and inadequate funding. Nonetheless, IPPNU is committed to reducing the frequency of early marriage by improving more effective and long-term education techniques
Peran Guru Sebagai Teladan Dalam Pendidikan Karakter Di Sulawesi Utara
In the midst of the challenges of modernization and globalization, character education is an important component in forming students' personalities. Various problems, such as environmental influences and lack of special training on character education, make the teacher's role not optimal in instilling student character. This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in the character education process and provide recommendations for developing example-based educational practices. This research uses a qualitative method, a type of literature study. The research results show that teachers have a strategic role as role models in instilling positive characters, such as honesty, discipline, responsibility and tolerance. The teacher's example is reflected in daily behavior, interactions with students, and the application of values in the learning process. Thus, character education through teacher example is very effective in building positive attitudes in students. Additional support in the form of training, supportive policies, and collaboration between schools, parents and the community is needed to strengthen the role of teachers as role models in character education
Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah Semin
Principal transformational leadership in the era of technology and tight competition between schools provides new challenges and opportunities in developing school quality. This study aims to determine the implementation of transformational leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah Semin which has 30 teachers, and a principal who is always innovative and creative in developing and improving school quality. The principal of SMP Muhammadiyah Semin is able to deliver and change the public image of the school which initially began to decline in quality and public trust into a school that is the main destination for prospective students from various sub-districts. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with the principal. Currently, the implementation of transformational leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah Semin can improve according to the vision and plan prepared by the management team. In its implementation, the principal gets problems and challenges from within and outside the school. These problems come from teachers, school facilities, and government policies related to PPPTK and DPK teachers. However, the principal can find a strategy from the challenges faced so that the leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah Semin can develop even better
Career Preparation Class: Kembangkan Potensimu, Raih Karir Impianmu
The lack of work readiness among university graduates contributes to the rising unemployment rate. This is due to a lack of understanding of basic skills, limited awareness of personal potential and career direction, and a lack of preparation for writing CVs and interviews. To address these issues, a 240-minute career preparation training session was held for 43 final-year students and recent graduates. The training covered motivation and work competencies, exploring personal potential, CV preparation and interview strategies. The effectiveness of the training was measured through reaction and learning evaluations. The results showed high levels of satisfaction among participants in various areas, as well as a significant increase in learning scores (p < .001). These findings can be used to inform students' career preparation and to help universities design programmes, counselling services and collaborations with industry and alumni that provide relevant, practice-based training
Planning Dakwah Aisyiyah dalam Mengantisipasi Opini Marriage is Scary di Kalangan Remaja Putri Kecamatan Medan Area
Marriage is the most frequently discussed topic by society. Each individual has a different opinion in responding to marriage. Usually this opinion is influenced by personal experience and the surrounding environment. Recently, the topic of marriage is scary has been widely discussed on various social media such as X, TikTok, Instagram and other social media, this can influence teenagers' opinions about marriage. Therefore, systematic da'wah Planning is needed to respond to it. This research aims to describe Aisyiyah's Da'wah Planning in Anticipating the Opinion of Marriage is scary among Young Women in Kecamatan Medan Area. This study applies qualitative descriptive methodology supported by data gathering methods through a combination of in-depth interviews, library research, and social media analysis. The results of the study showed that Aisyiyah da'wah Planning includes: (1) Planning to hold pre-marital classes; (2) utilizing social media as a da'wah medium; and (3) carrying out routine studies
Media Pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn)
Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) plays a strategic role in shaping the character, national insight, and democratic attitudes of students as the nation's future generation. Amidst technological advances and the challenges of the digital era, learning media are required to be more adaptive and innovative in order to bridge the delivery of PPKn values effectively and meaningfully. This study aims to examine various types of learning media used in PPKn learning, examine their effectiveness based on previous studies, and identify challenges faced in their implementation at various levels of education. This study uses a literature review approach by tracing references from scientific journals, academic books, and relevant documents published in the last ten years. The results of the study indicate that the use of learning media, both conventional and digital-based, has been proven to improve students' conceptual understanding, active participation, and reflective attitudes towards PPKn material. Interactive digital media such as quiz applications, learning videos, and web-based educational platforms are considered more effective in reaching the learning styles of the digital generation. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, such as limited technological infrastructure, low teacher digital literacy, and a lack of media development that is contextually relevant to Civics (PPKn) material. In conclusion, this article recommends the need to develop learning media relevant to student needs and ongoing training for teachers to support improving the quality of Civics (PPKn) learning
Planning Dewan Masjid Indonesia Dalam Pengembangan Media Dakwah Digital Di Sumatera Utara
The development of information technology has encouraged transformation in Islamic da'wah strategies, including by religious institutions such as the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI). This research aims to analyze the strategic planning of DMI North Sumatra in developing da'wah through digital media. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and document review of the North Sumatra DMI management. The results showed that DMI realizes the importance of digitalization of da'wah in reaching a wide community, especially the younger generation who are active on social media such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. DMI's institutional strategy includes developing technology-savvy human resources, strengthening digital infrastructure, and collaboration with other digital da'wah communities and institutions. However, the implementation of this strategy is faced with various challenges such as limited budget, uneven internet access, and lack of experts in the digital field. This research contributes to enriching institutional-based digital da'wah literature and becomes a practical reference for religious institutions in facing the challenges of the digital era
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Powerpoint Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Pada Siswa Kelas IV di SDN 1 Simbune Desa Simbune Kecamatan Tirawuta Kabupaten Koloka Timur
Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with teachers in grade IV of SD Negeri Simbune, the variables of sources or learning media used by teachers in the learning process of science and technology cause students to be less interested in the subject matter taught. Environmental factors that can interfere with students' concentration in receiving learning materials. So that the response from students is less active and less enthusiastic in following the learning process with traditional methods. The objectives of this researcher are: 1) To develop interactive PowerPoint media that can be used in science learning, and 2) To describe the process of developing interactive PowerPoint media for science and science subjects in grade IV students at SDN 1 Simbune, Simbune Village, Tirawuta District, East Kolaka Regency. The results and conclusions in this research and development are: 1) The validity of PowerPoint-based interactive learning resources in the science science subject taught in grade IV of SD Negeri 1 Simbune with an average validity of 92.71%., and 2) Interactive learning media using PowerPoint for teaching science science to grade IV students of SD Simbune proved to be very practical, with students completing 89.79%
Kajian Terhadap Peraturan Daerah Terkait Dengan Investasi Di Kabupaten Minahasa
The purpose of this research is to identify regional regulations related to the realization of a conducive and sustainable investment climate in Minahasa Regency. This study is normative with a legislative and analytical approach to evaluate applicable regional regulations. The focus of the research includes analysis of policies governing business permits, management of natural resources, and incentives and legal protection for investors. The results of the study indicate that several regional regulations do not fully support a sustainable investment climate. Overlapping regulations, inconsistencies with national policies, and lack of legal certainty. The recommendation is to harmonize regulations and increase the capacity for policy implementation to strengthen investment attractiveness in this region
