Cybersecurity and Cyber Defence: Nationwide Level Strategic Method
Data working knowledge OT and an extensive range of other practices tools and concepts are all comprised under the canopy term of cybersecurity The aggressive use of info skill to bout opponents is a characteristic eye of cyberse-curity Clienteles and security doctors are misinformed and the significant changes between these sentences are hidden by the use of the term cybersecurity as a key challenge and a substitute for info security or IT security The period cybersecurity should only be used to mention to security practices related to self-justifying actions involving or relying on info skill and or working knowledge surroundings and schemes according to the orientation of security leaders In this paper we define cyberse-curity and thoughtful how info securit
Cyber Crime and Its Entext
Any crime that uses a computer or network is considered a cybercrime sometimes known as computer crime People and businesses are exposed to the expanding hazards of cybercrime as a result of their increased reliance on technology Nowadays it s pretty typical for us to use computers for our daily task
Generative AI and Algorithmic Art: Disrupting the Framing of Meaning and Rethinking the Subject-Object Dilemma
In the revision of treatments of contemporary art in the 21st century art historians are recognizing 2022 as the dawn of the age of creative artificial intelligence AI The emergence of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion in late 2022 immediately disrupted the established practices of the art world leading to debates about the validity of AI Art and the emergence of a new market for NFTs However fears regarding the death of the artist are unwarranted when considering the historical adoption of new technologies by artists such as photography The role of the artist will undoubtedly transform and the definition of art will be redefined once again To better understand how AI generative art will impact traditional art- making practices this study will present an AI generative art development pipeline and provide recommendations for future technical and theoretical considerations of the subject-object dilemma in art through a poststructuralist reading of reception theory While the ways in which artists will utilize these new tools are currently uncertain this paper will explore one potential workflow in which content created via text-to-image prompts in Astra ai is exported to Stable Diffusion Through an evaluation of this process and the introduction of new steps for artists using AI generative content recommendations will be provided for both the creation and interpretation of human-AI collaborative and co-creative processes and conten
Image Compression using Walsh Functions
Currently image transfer and storage require compression to reduce memory usage and to increase transmission speed In this article the hybrid compression algorithm is used for color black and white images It includes the discrete wavelet transform and the Walsh transform are used for quantization The Walsh transform coefficients are quantized and arithmetically encoded The combined output is compressed and can be transmitted over any available network in the shortest time The compressed image is decoded and the original image is decompressed using the inverse conversion operatio
Critical Analysis of Solutions to Hadoop Small File Problem
Hadoop big data platform is designed to process large volume of data Small file problem is a performance bottleneck in Hadoop processing Small files lower than the block size of Hadoop creates huge storage overhead at Namenode s and also wastes computational resources due to spawning of many map tasks Various solutions like merging small files mapping multiple map threads to same java virtual machine instance etc have been proposed to solve the small file problems in Hadoop This survey does a critical analysis of existing works addressing small file problems in Hadoop and its variant platforms like Spark The aim is to understand their effectiveness in reducing the storage computational overhead and identify the open issues for further researc

Educational Assistance Management System for Batangas State University Arasof-Nasugbu
As technological innovation rapidly grows in technology and education scholarship offices manage educational assistance that helps students continue their studies Most admin and scholarship officers of various scholarship programs use traditional ways of managing scholarship programs Traditional keeping records of documents and requirements can be misplaced and finding records is also a tedious job Therefore the researchers came up with making a web application for managing educational assistance which helps scholarship officers in collecting and managing information of scholars as well as for scholars to easily apply and submit requirements onlin
End-User Business Intelligence Tools Adoption in a Higher Education Institution
This study examines how business intelligence BI tools are adopted in a higher education setting It made use of the theories of Diffusion of Innovation DOI Technology Readiness Index and Technology Acceptance Model TAM The psychometric features of the intended end-users were defined using TAM The technology- readiness of the users was assessed using TRI The DOI was used to describe the innovation itself The important factors for the adoption of the technology in this particular environment were identified through the examination of both quantitative and qualitative data To gain a better understanding of the socio-technical system as a whole a systems dynamics tool is presented to model the interaction of these elements along with the recommended intervention
Coping with Data Inconsistencies in the Integration of Heterogenous Data Sources
This research examines the problem of inconsistent data when integrating information from multiple sources into a unified view Data inconsistencies undermine the ability to provide meaningful query responses based on the integrated data The study reviews current techniques for handling inconsistent data including domain-specific data cleaning and declarative methods that provide answers despite integrity violations A key challenge identified is modeling data consistency and ensuring clean integrated data Data integration systems based on a global schema must carefully map heterogeneous sources to that schema However dependencies in the integrated data can prevent attaining consistency due to issues like conflicting facts from different sources The research summarizes various proposed approaches for resolving inconsistencies through data cleaning integrity constraints and dependency mapping techniques However outstanding challenges remain regarding accuracy availability timeliness and other data quality restrictions of autonomous sources Additional research is needed to develop more automated ways of reconciling inconsistencies from source data with the requirements of the global schema The ability to provide high-quality integrated data is crucial for organizations to maximize the value of their information assets This research aims to promote further investigation into semi-automated remediation of inconsistencies and leveraging source data quality metrics to aid the integration process Overcoming inconsistencies is critical to enabling unified views and meaningful analytics from merged cross-organizational dat
