Pengembangan LKS Berbasis Problem Based Learning Pada Materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Varibel Di Kelas VIII

This research was motivated by students lacking enthusiasm and being less active in learning mathematics. One effort to overcome this problem is to develop problem based learning worksheets because they can help teachers in developing student centered learning which makes students active in learning. This type of research is development using the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Product trials were carried out at SMP N 1 Kuantan Hilir. The research subjects were 10 students in class VIII.2. The research results showed that problem based learning worksheets were valid by two validators. Worksheets based on problem based learning were declared practical with a score of 63%. So that problem based learning worksheets are valid and practical. From the research, it is recommended that teachers use LKS based on problem based learning as teaching materials and several shortcomings during the research include: (1) in groups of students only a few people are looking for answers and apart from that they only see answers from their group friends (2) students tended to tell stories during learning (3) the researcher did not take all the subjects in the class (4) when filling in the practicality sheet the students were not honest

KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA PEREMPUAN DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DI DESA NOEBAUN KECAMATAN NOEMUTI KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH UTARA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran Perempuan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Desa Noebaun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif merupakan metode yang bertujuan untuk mengambarkan dan mendeskripsikan peristiwa maupun fenomena yang terjadi dilapangan, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan sumber informan Aparat desa dan masyarakat Desa Noebaun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala desa perempuan dalam pembangunan memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi mengarahkan masyarakat sehingga pembangunan dapat terealisasi sesuai dengan tujuan bersama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Perempuan di desa Noebaun telah berjalan baik berdasarkan variabel penelitian yakni pengarahan, mempengaruhi, kepatuhan, kepercayaan, hormat dan kerja sama

Implementing of the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) Learning Model for Linear Equation Systems and Matrix Materials for Prospective Mathematics Education Teacher Students

ABSTRACT This study aims to see the learning outcomes of prospective mathematics education teacher students after applying the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model for linear equation systems and matrix. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques are test and documentation. Subjects were grouped into three categories, namely subjects with high mathematical abulity, medium, and low mathematical ability. The results showed that the application of the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model gave a good response to learning outcomes with an average of 78.10 in the good category. This can be seen from the student learning outcomes as a whole, both students with high mathematical ability, medium, and low mathematical ability. So, it can be concluded after applying the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model that the overall intake of students when viewed from their mathematical abilities does not cause a wide gap between them

KOLABORASI PEMERINTAH DESA DAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNANCE DI DESA TOHE LETEN KECAMATAN RAIHAT KABUPATEN BELU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Mengenai Kolaborasi Pemerintah Desa dan Masyarakat Dalam Mewujudkan Good Governance di Desa Tohe Leten Kecamatan Raihat Kabupaten Belu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu menjelaskan serta menguraikan data yang diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dikategorikan dalam tiga model komponen kolaborasi menurut Ansell dan Gash yakni; (1) Dialog Tatap Muka ( Face to Face Dialogue) di Desa Tohe Leten untuk menunjang terciptanya Good Governance tidak berjalan secara efektif. Masyarakat tidak berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses rapat perencanaan pembangunan Desa. (2) Membangun Kepercayaan (Trust Building) usaha membangun kepercayaan yang terjadi di Desa Tohe Leten dilakukan dengan cara Pemerintah Desa memberikan laporan setiap akhir tahun. Namun meskipun demikian masyarakat tidak memberikan kepercayaan penuh kepada aparat Pemerintah lainnya. (3) Komitmen pada proses kolaborasi (commitment to the process) Komitmen tentunya memiliki relasi yang kuat dalam proses kolaborasi. Pemerintah melaksanakan tugasnya untuk tetap mengontrol jalannya kePemerintahan dengan tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan. Pemerintah tetap mempercayai masyarakat meskipun menggantikan salah satu pihak namun proses penggantian tetap diambil dari kalangan masyarakat. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa komitmen pada kolaborasi benar-benar dijunjung tinggi

Panicle is one part of the plant that is very decisive in rice production because it produces grain and rice grains. Each rice variety has its own characteristics including panicle morphological characters. Communities in Kupang Regency are known to still cultivate local upland rice whose panicle character has not been scientifically documented. This study used 5 varieties of local upland rice as a result of exploration from farmers in Kupang Regency which were characterized morphologically by their panicle characters. Characterization data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and then scored for analysis using Minitab17 software. The results showed that there was a diversity of panicle morphological characters from each local upland rice variety. The differentiating panicle characters of each variety include panicle type, panicle discharge, secondary panicle branches and panicle shaft. The phenetic analysis divided the five local upland rice varieties into two clusters with a similarity index of 79.94%.&nbsp

The results of the study proved that the milk of the Sumbawa wild horse was effective as an anti-bacterial against Staphylococcus epidermidis (one of the bacteria that causes acne). The results of the study, the content of Vitamin C horse clay mask is 64.8% which corresponds to the daily requirement of vitamin C commonly known as the RDA (Recommended dietary allowance) of vitamin C which is 60 mg or the equivalent of an orange, for anti-oxidant activity IC50 10.88 ppm contained in the horsegenic mask able to reduce aging and other skin diseases caused by a lack of nutrient intake for the skin

RELATIONSHIP OF INTERNAL AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE, INTERNAL AUDIT EFFECTIVENESS AND SHARIA COMPLIANCE (CASE STUDY ON SHARIA BANK IN EAST JAVA)

This study aims to analyze the impact of the effectiveness of internal audit in improving sharia compliance in this case effectiveness is highly dependent on the independence of internal auditors. The subjects of this research are all internal auditors who work for Islamic banks in East Java province.  The sample used in this study was taken through purposive sampling method. This study uses a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. In this study using Partial Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis used for validity tests and reliability tests with the help of analytical tools in the form of Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the internal auditor independence variable has no significant effect on sharia compliance. The internal audit effectiveness variable has a significant effect on sharia compliance. The internal auditor independence variable has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the internal audit. And the internal auditor independence variable has a positive effect on Sharia compliance by means of internal audit effectiveness

Survival Model Estimator for Type II Censored Data Based on Lognormal Distribution

The problems that occur in analyzing survival models based on parametric distributions require parameter values ​​obtained from estimators. This study aims to obtain an estimator model of the lognormal distribution which has parameters and . Therefore, the maximum likelihood method approach is used to obtain the estimators and . However, the problem encountered is that the maximum likelihood model of the lognormal distribution for Type II cencoring data produces quite complex equations, so an approach with a Taylor series is needed only for the first order. The results obtained are estimators  and  which can be applied to Type II cencoring data based on a lognormal distribution

Desain Bahan Ajar Digital Statistik Pendidikan: Teori, Praktik, dan Case Study

Penelitian terkait pengembangan bahan ajar pada mata kuliah statistik pendidikan perlu dilakukan untuk mendukung penguasaan materi analisis data pada mahasiswa yang akan melaksanakan tugas akhir berupa penelitian ilmiah. Tujuan dikembangkannya bahan ajar ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar statisitk pendidikan yang valid, praktis, dan memiliki efek potensial. Metode yang digunakan adalah design research tipe development study. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa IAIN Metro yang disesuaikan dengan tahapan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahan ajar statistik bernilai valid dari segi konten, konstruk, dan bahasa berdasarkan penilaian validator pada tahap expert review dan praktis berdasarkan respon pengguna pada tahap small group. Berdasarkan analisis data pada tahap field test, efek potensial yang dihasilkan adalah ketercapaian pemahaman materi sebesar 70,9%
