Estimasi Emisi CO2 dari Aktivitas Permukiman di Kelurahan Aur Kenali Kota Jambi

    Get PDF
The escalation of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, particularly carbon dioxide (CO₂), has become a critical global climate change issue with significant implications for Indonesia. This study quantifies CO₂ emissions from household activities in Aur Kenali, Jambi City, covering electricity consumption, LPG usage, transportation, and waste management. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with 100 respondents, the data were analyzed based on the 2006 IPCC guidelines. The results reveal a total emission of 47.02 tons CO₂-eq from the sampled households. The primary contributor is electricity consumption at 23.14 tons CO₂-eq (49.21%), followed by transportation at 15.39 tons CO₂-eq (32.73%), waste management at 5.35 tons CO₂-eq (11.38%), and LPG usage at 3.14 tons CO₂-eq (6.68%). These findings indicate that electricity usage is the dominant emission source in the study area, highlighting the urgent need for enhanced environmental education to foster more sustainable community behavioral changes

Analisis Kualitas Udara Ambien Menggunakan Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU) dan Korelasinya Terhadap Kesehatan Manusia di Area Pertambangan Timah Kabupaten Bangka

This study aims to determine ambient air quality using the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) and its correlation with human health. Sampling was conducted at 11 locations in PT Timah Tbk mining areas from May 10-12, 2023, measuring PM₁₀, PM₂.₅, SO₂, CO, O₃, and NO₂ according to SNI standards by IPB LJPKS. ISPU calculation used Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan nomor 14 tahun 2020 with linear interpolation. Results showed PM₁₀ (35.4±7.0 μg/m³), PM₂.₅ (16.4±3.2 μg/m³), SO₂ (21.2±5.8 μg/m³), NO₂ (33.8±10.3 μg/m³), CO

Analisis Kinerja Sistem Pengendali Kursi Roda Elektrik Berbasis Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) terhadap Variasi Beban dan Evaluasi Penggunaan Energi

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of different PWM values on speed, current, power, and energy consumption of the wheelchair under various loads. The system was developed using an Arduino Uno as the main controller, a joystick for direction and speed control, an ultrasonic sensor to detect obstacles, and DC motors as the actuators. Tests were conducted with load variations ranging from 40 kg to 80 kg and PWM values from 40 to 120. The test results show that as the PWM value increases, the wheelchair’s speed also increases, but energy consumption rises accordingly. However, within the PWM range of 80 to 100, the system operates most efficiently since energy consumption does not increase significantly compared to the gain in speed. Based on these findings, the PWM-based electric wheelchair control system is considered effective, efficient, and stable under varying load conditions, making it a promising approach for the design of energy-efficient automatic wheelchairs

Pengaruh Sanksi Pajak dan Pengampunan Pajak (Tax Amnesty) terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi

    Get PDF
This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and tax amnesty on individual taxpayer compliance. The research was conducted at the Pratama Serpong Tax Service Office. The sample consisted of 400 people, with a random sampling technique. The research data was primary data in the form of distributed questionnaires. The method used was multiple regression. The results of simultaneous and partial testing show that the variables of tax sanctions and tax amnesty significantly affect individual taxpayer compliance at the Pratama Serpong Tax Service Office

Analisis Pengaruh Tekanan Uap Inlet Turbine terhadap Output Daya

    Get PDF
This study aims to analyze the impact of steam inlet pressure variations on the power output of steam turbines in modern power plant systems. The methodology includes thermodynamic calculations based on operating data, evaluation of inlet–outlet enthalpy using steam tables, and power output estimation considering turbine isentropic efficiency. The results indicate that increasing the inlet pressure toward its design value enhances the enthalpy drop by 12–18% and improves turbine power output by 8–15%. Conversely, a reduction in inlet pressure significantly decreases power output due to reduced expansion potential and increased moisture content in the turbine’s final stages. This study highlights the importance of maintaining stable and optimal steam inlet pressure to ensure efficient and reliable operation of modern steam power plants

Analisis Critical Success Factors (CSF) Green Finance dalam Pengembangan Infrastruktur Smart City di Indonesia

    Get PDF
This study aims to analyze the Critical Success Factors of green finance in the development of Smart City infrastructure in Indonesia. The research was conducted through data processing and analysis of six main variables, namely public literacy, macroeconomic conditions, environmentally friendly investment, operations, risk management, and regulation. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all variables have a significant effect on the impact of green finance implementation on Smart City development in Indonesia. Partially, macroeconomic conditions, environmentally friendly investment, and risk management have a significant influence on the impact of green finance implementation, while regulation, public literacy, and operational factors do not show a significant effect. Environmentally friendly investment is the most dominant factor, as indicated by the highest positive regression coefficient compared to other variables. These findings highlight that increasing environmentally friendly investment provides the greatest and most tangible contribution to the successful development of sustainable Smart City infrastructure in Indonesia

Penggunaan Data Curah Hujan Satelit Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) Untuk Analisa Hidrologi Perencanaan Embung di Indonesia

    Get PDF
Indonesia is committed to supporting national strategic programs, one of which is food self-sufficiency. Therefore, to achieve optimal irrigation during the dry season, planning for reservoir construction is necessary. One crucial analytical activity in reservoir planning is hydrological analysis. This analysis determines the structural design requirements and the extent of the reservoir's irrigation benefits, provided sufficient data is available. Unfortunately, rainfall data from observation posts is sometimes incomplete, necessitating the use of satellite rainfall data. This study aims to analyze the potential use of Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellite rainfall data as a primary source of hydrological analysis for reservoir planning, particularly in determining the design flood discharge for the return period. The limited availability of observed rainfall data in Indonesia is a major obstacle in the water structure planning process, particularly in rural areas and upstream river basins (DAS)

Systematic Review of Sexual Dimorphism in the Genus Draco (Lacertilia: Agamidae)

    Get PDF
This systematic literature review synthesizes morphological, ecological, and evolutionary information to understand variation in sexual dimorphism in Draco. The literature indicates that males generally possess conspicuous marking structures such as brightly colored neck skin folds and more differentiated patagia that function in territorial defense and mate attraction. In contrast, females often exhibit proportionally larger body size and patagia area, reflecting natural selection pressures related to reproductive costs and the need to maintain gliding performance while carrying eggs. Patterns of sexual dimorphism in Draco vary widely across species and regions, influenced by local environmental conditions, habitat noise levels, and interspecific competition
