The Challenges of Neurotechnological Innovations and Algorithmic Culture
This paper aims to evaluate recent neurotechnological innovations and Algorithmic Culture from the philosophical and socio-cultural perspectives of technology. As innovations in neurotechnology and generative artificial intelligence begin to shape institutions and working conditions through new paradigms such as algorithmic governmentality, theoretical arguments are needed to characterize these chaotic situations adequately. Existing descriptions of society and culture, such as risk society, postmodern society, burnout society, disciplinary society, palliative society, or digitalized society, no longer capture all aspects of the current situation. Inevitably, new arguments for designing and managing this new world system have brought unprecedented crises, such as new forms of data surveillance and the invasion of the human mind as the subject. This paper focuses on the challenges to the authenticity of the human mind and memory posed by new neurotechnological developments such as neurochips. The significance of this work therefore lies in its hybrid theoretical approach that places both society and the subject at the centre of debates, with distinctive concepts such as Neurolink and interrelated terminologies such as Algorithmic Governmentality, Algorithmic Society, Algorithmic Culture, and Augmented Intelligence. The study's methodology examines these terminologies alongside the interrelated arguments of Heidegger, Bertrand Gilles, Rouvroy, and Kasparov
Evolving Landscape of Micro-Credentialing in the Digital Age
The educational landscape is undergoing a rapid transformation due to advancements in digital technologies and evolving labour market demands. This article presents an in-depth interview with Prof. Dr. Ilona Buchem, Professor of Communication and Media Studies at Berlin University of Technology, on the role of micro-credentialing in reshaping education. Micro-credentials, supported by frameworks such as Germany’s Vocational Training Validation and Digitization Act, provide flexible, accessible pathways for validating non-formal qualifications and facilitating sector transitions. The article explores the integration of micro-credentials into traditional educational frameworks, the relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical professional experience, and how digital solutions, such as data wallets, are revolutionizing the validation and management of skills. The discussion also highlights the global implications of micro-credentialing, particularly in addressing educational inequalities and promoting lifelong learning. Through this dialogue, Prof. Buchem provides insights into how digital credentialing is contributing to more inclusive, competency-based education systems
Skill-Oriented Education for a Liberalised Economy - The Case for India
India’s demographic shift presents both opportunities and challenges as the nation transitions into a knowledge-based economy. With over 500 million people under the age of 25, India's workforce must be equipped with the right skills to compete in the globalised world. However, the current education system, especially at the secondary and senior secondary levels, requires reform to meet the demands of a liberalised economy. This article explores the need for a flexible and skill-oriented education system that can enhance India’s economic competitiveness. Special emphasis is placed on policy planning for secondary and senior secondary education and its role in preparing India’s youth for the labour market. Additionally, the challenges and strategies for aligning India’s workforce with global economic trends are discussed

Kemetic Beliefs Different from the Abrahamic Faiths - An Introduction
The interview’s cardinal position is that African Kemeticism is the forbear that has laid the mystical foundations for world religions that exist, today. Wherefore, it introduces readers to the concept of the African Divine Deities and ankhcestors, as deities different from the divine deities within the mysticism of African Kemeticism. It also establishes the paradigm of the Ba and the Ntu in relation to the Spirit, Soul and Body of an individual and her/his ability, capacity to live harmoniously within society, and consciously evolve in connection to outer and other worlds and consciousness. The Neterus are stated as the forces that empower individuals to apply the knowledge of Ma’ati or equilibrium to the balance of one’s BA in relation to one’s karmic debt
End times Syncretism: The Abrahamic Faiths - Commonalities and Divergence - an Islamic Perspective
Much has been made about the Abrahamic Faiths monotheism, yet Christianity’s concept of G-d is almost alien to that of Islam, and although Judaism shares the belief that God has no son as does Islam, nonetheless it has a unique perception about who the messiah is and what constitutes the messianic lineages and message quite differently from the dominant positions of orthodox Christianity or Islam. To explore the eschatology of the Abrahamic faiths in respect of end times, these series of interviews will endeavour to establish core paradigms relating to the Divine and G-dhood, Mankind as created being, Heavens as After-life Worlds and Before-Earthly Life Worlds, Hell as a real domain or as a state of existence, Salvation and Redemption from what into what? Judgement, and the End-time

The Sudanese question demands an evaluation of the process of its normalisation with Israel and in assessing the pros and cons of establishing relations with Israel, it is fair to say that much of the world’s negative stance towards Sudan, particularly the Europeans, has been because of its refusal to open diplomatic channels with the Zionist state. Therefore, the lack of investment and harsh economic sanctions and the continuing Civil War which has decimated the country’s economy was to some respects due to Sudan’s support of the Palestinians and its opposition to Israel. The new transitional government see contact with Israel to demonstrate pragmatic politics and to ease the international pressure on the country to allow it to become part of the international community once again.[…] Therefore, what is News, and news values, is driven by the standards traditionally set which in the main can be discriminatory and prejudicial. So, the opinion leaders are there for those who continually meet the requirements of the establishment or who decide to take part in the status quo.
