Inter-organizational Collaboration and Organizational Characteristics of Nonprofit Organizations: Analysis Focusing on the Diversity Collaborations and Comparisons among Regions

本研究のねらいは、NPO が有する他組織との協働的関係の広がりが、どのような要因によって促進／阻害されうるかを検討することにある。同種の目的を持つこれまでの 研究において、組織の客観的な特性がある程度影響することは確認されている。一方で（例えば意思決定やメンバー間の様子などといった）組織運営の実情なども協働には大きく関連すると想定されるが、そうした関連についてはまだ検討されていない。さらに、効果の地域差に関しても無視できないが、その点も検討されてはいない。これをふまえ本稿では、特に組織が協働関係を結ぶ相手の多様性に焦点を当て、複数地域で実施された組織を対象とする計量調査のデータを用いて、地域差の問題、組織特性との関連の問題についての検討が行われる。 　分析の結果、（1）客観的な組織特性が多様性に示す効果には地域差がある、（2）組織運営の実態も多様性に影響する重要な要因となっている、（3）業務の忙しさなど各地域で共通して影響を及ぼす変数が見られる一方、業務遂行体制やメンバー間の仲の良さなど地域ごとに効果の異なる変数も多く見られる、といったことが明らかになった。以上の結果は、NPO が他団体と協働関係を結ぶ際の基本的な変数間関連の様子、さらにそれが地域特性や政策動向の状況によってどう異なるか（あるいは異ならないか）を示唆している、という意味で重要なものであると筆者らは考えている。This study investigated the factors that may promote or impede the development of collaborative relationships between nonprofit organizations（NPOs） and other organizations. Previous studies with similar objectives have confirmed that the objective characteristics of an organization have some influence. On the other hand, the actual status of an organizational operation（e.g., decision － making processes and the state of member interactions） is also presumed to play a crucial role in collaboration. However, the effects of these factors remain unexplored. Additionally, the potential impact of regional variations cannot be ignored, although this aspect has not yet been addressed. Therefore, this study focused on the diversity of entities with which organizations establish collaborative relationships by examining the influence of organizational characteristics and regional differences, using data obtained from a quantitative survey conducted across multiple regions. 　The analysis revealed that（1） the influence of objective organizational characteristics varies by region;（2） the state of an organizational operation is also an important factor affecting the diversity of collaborators; and（3） while certain variables, such as busyness, exhibit consistent effects across regions, others, such as work execution systems and the degree of rapport among members, vary significantly by region. These findings are significant because they elucidate the fundamental relationships between variables when NPOs engage in collaborative endeavors with other organizations and suggest how these relationships may or may not differ depending on regional characteristics and policy trends.departmental bulletin pape

Can Faculty Capture Student Transformation?：Triangulation from two case studies

学習者の変容を捉えるために，ある大学で開講された他者と関わりながら学ぶ方法を体系的に学習することを目的に設計された全学部対象の教養科目の受講生のうち2 名に焦点を当て，インタビュー，質問紙調査，毎回の課題と最終レポートという2 種類の記述式課題を用いて検討したところ，言語化された資料から，受講生の学びや変化をある程度読み取ることができることが示された。また，質問紙調査で明らかにされた変化については，そのプロセスの一端を描くことができた。 学習者が自身の変容を実感するためには，十分な体験とともに十分な振り返りが必要であり，振り返るための機会があることが重要であること，その振り返りも単に思い出すだけではなく，内省とともに体験を自身の学びや態度の変化に結びつけることが深い学びに繋がることも示された。さらに，深い学びを提出する課題として言語化するにあたっては，授業担当者との関係性が影響する可能性も示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

本稿では，需要不確実性に関する私的情報を有する川上企業と川下企業の開示戦略について検討する。本稿の主要な結果は，需要不確実性が存在する市場環境において，各企業は自社の意思決定に関する分散を大きくさせることが期待利得を最大にする開示戦略となることを示す。まず，川下企業にとって，情報開示は競争川下企業に自社の意思決定に関する情報を提供することとなる。戦略的代替関係にある数量競争の場合，保有シグナルにノイズを加え，需要情報を開示しないことが数量選択の分散を大きくさせる最適な戦略となる。一方，戦略的補完関係にある価格競争の場合，保有シグナルにノイズを加えず，需要情報を開示することが価格選択の分散を大きくさせる最適な戦略となる。次に，川上企業は，川下企業の競争のタイプにかかわらず，ノイズを加えず保有シグナルを開示することが最適な戦略となる。川下企業に需要情報を提供し，川下企業の数量又は価格意思決定の分散を大 きくさせることが，川上企業が設定する中間製品価格選択の分散を大きくさせる結果となる。departmental bulletin pape

Recent Empirical and Theoretical Studies on the Spillover Effects of a Government Spending Shock in an Open Economy – A Review of Existing Studies and Future Prospect

本稿は、実証・理論の両側面から政府支出ショックの波及効果に関する先行研究について概観したものである。特に政府支出ショックの財政スピルオーバー効果と実質為替レートに及ぼす効果を概観した。概観した結果、実証分析の結果を説明するNKモデルの蓄積が少ないことが判明した。特に企業参入をもつNKモデルで実証分析の結果を説明するモデルはなく、今後その点で研究を行う必要があることが明らかとなった。departmental bulletin pape
