記憶方法の違いが暗記能力に及ぼす影響―書いて覚える方法と読んで覚える方法の比較―

記憶方法の中でも，わが国で推奨される「書いて覚える方法」に着目し，記憶方法の違いと暗記能力に及ぼす影響について検討した．方法は，Ａ大学作業療法学専攻に在籍中の39名（1年～4年）を対象に，ウエクスラー記憶検査（Wechsler Memory Scale Revised）を用いて，「書き課題」と「読み課題」を提示し，課題により記憶力の差を比較した．その結果，各学年および全学年のすべてにおいて，書き課題の方が読み課題に比べ再生得点が有意に高かった（p＜0．01）．また，再生得点が高い方が遅延再生課題の成績が良いことを示した．この要因として，見て覚える方法に比べ，書いて覚える方法の方が記憶をする際の工程が多いことが1つの要因として考えられた．今後，記憶課題の種類に応じた記憶方法についても検討していく必要がある．departmental bulletin pape

「気になる子ども」を担当する保育士に対する作業療法士による発達臨床コンサルテーションの効果

近年，保育現場では保育士が関わり方を戸惑う「気になる子ども」の増加が目立ち，これらの子どもへの対応に関する専門家への障害児養育の支援要望が増えている。そのため，外部専門家の巡回相談によるコンサルテーション支援が行われるようになったが，この支援に対する効果についての懸念が指摘されている。そこで，気になる子どもの対応に苦慮する保育士への作業療法士による「発達臨床コン サ ル テ ー シ ョ ン（ClinicalDevelopmental Consultation；CDC）」の効果を検証した。方法は，気になる子どもにかかわりを持つ保育士5人に対して，作業療法士による CDC を実施した。その過程で，保育士ストレス評定尺度によるストレスの変化と保育士の自由記述によりその効果を検討した。これにより，保育によるストレスが CDC 実施後に有意に減少し，子どもを理解するための対応方法の認識の変化が認められた。作業療法士による保育士への CDC は，保育士の内面に影響を与え，保育士が日々の保育を肯定的に捉えられるようになることで，ストレスが軽減されることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

中国のリハビリテーションの発展とセラピスト教育の現況

中国のリハビリテーションの発展とセラピスト教育の現況について報告した。中国ではリハビリに対する需要が非常に高い一方で，専門的な知識や技術を持ったリハビリ専門職が不足している。特にリハビリが必要な患者に十分なサービスが提供されていとは言い難い。その背景には，中国のリハビリ専門職の資格制度や教育制度の整備の遅れと，リハビリを提供するシステムが整備できていないことが考えられる。これらについては，中国政府やリハビリの各関連団体等も認識しており，総合的なリハビリシステムの強化を模索し実行する最中であり，今後の更なる進展が期待される。departmental bulletin pape

Frailty among elderly fitness club members: A comparison with the community-dwelling elderly

The study aimed to investigate frailty among elderly fitness club users by comparing them with the elderly local population. The subjects were 273 fitness club members aged 65 or above and 224 local residents. The methods used were questionnaire and evaluation of physical and oral function. The Mantel-Haenszel test was applied separately to the groups of younger senior citizens (65-74) and older senior citizens (75+) using sex as a stratifying factor, and binomial logistic regression analysis was applied to the all subjects and separately to the younger and older senior groups. The Mantel-Haenszel test for the senior citizens indicated that tendency to frailty and extent of deterioration in the ability to stand on one leg with the eyes open were significantly lower in fitness club members. The regression analysis showed that the extent of deterioration in the one-leg test was lower among fitness club members in all groups (odds ratio 0.329) and that older senior club members had a lower endency to frailty (odds ratio 0.325). As usership of fitness clubs among the elderly is increasing, these clubs would seem to have a major role in frailty prevention.departmental bulletin pape

Research on the Relationship between the Formation of “Compact living bases” in the Rural and Local Public Facilities

This paper attempts to research on the relationship between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourismʼs “compact living bases” in the rural project and local public facilities, especially Kominkan. The issues in this paper is as follows. (1) Many local public facilities will be withdrawn due to the shrinkage of society, but will Kominkan be withdrawn as well? (2) Under the complex and mutual cooperation of the relevant ministries that are developing national regional community policies, will Kominkan continue, or will it be required to be replaced? (3) Under the “compact living bases” project, what kind of position will the community center be given? (4) Under the “compact living bases” project, what is the operation and project of Kominkan? In conclusion, the following points were revealed. (1) The continuation of Kominkan shall be at the discretion of the local government. There are several possible options. (2) Kominkan will be characterized in their relationship with the regional governing body. (3) In the midst of the development of complex measures, there is a high possibility that the transformation of Kominkan will be forced. (4) The establishment of a regional governing body is an important issue, and the learning activities of the members of the regional governing body are indispensable. However, that point is unclear.
