インクルーシブ保育推進のあり方をめぐる研究 -- ある幼稚園における個別支援計画導入の支援事例を通して
A kindergarten introduced the Individual Support Plan (ISP) as a model as part of its efforts to promote inclusive childcare. This study summarized the records of the participant observation that supported the process, and this study clarified the challenges of introducing the ISP and the perspectives needed when supporting the process. What is necessary in consultations to introduce the ISP is to take a firm hold of the difficulties faced by the childcare worker, carefully discuss the child's condition, provide guidance using professional knowledge and empirical skills in developmental support, explore with the childcare worker the key points for supporting the child, and support to flexibly create an approach that suits each kindergarten.departmental bulletin pape
A県における医療的ケア看護職員の実態調査-医療的ケア看護実践の現状と課題-
目的:A県における普通小・中学校および特別支援学校に勤務する医療的ケア看護職員の勤務実態や医療的ケア実践の認識を調査し,医療的ケア看護職員が勤務するうえでの課題を明らかにすることを目的とした.
方法:A県の小中学校および特別支援学校22校に所属する63名の医療的ケア看護職員を対象に医療的ケアの実践内容,医療的ケアに関する業務内容,医療的ケア実践における連携,モチベーション,不安について質問紙で回答を求め,記述統計を算出した.
結果:有効回答数は28名(有効回答率44.4%)であった.医療的ケア看護職員としての経験年数は平均3.5年と短いこと,雇用形態は常勤が少なく,給与の面でも課題があることが明らかとなった.また,医療従事者や地域支援者との連携への課題が抽出された.
結論:医療的ケア看護職員が安心して医療的ケア児の教育を支えるためには,雇用形態の見直しや,教職員や養護教諭との校内連携,医療従事者や地域支援者による看護師への支援の必要性が示唆された.departmental bulletin pape
長野県の高校再編計画 -- 定時制高校の役割と可能性
School education in Japan faces growing challenges, requiring both educational and welfare functions. A 2024 Ministry of Education report shows rising truancy and bullying, with Nagano Prefecture having the third-highest truancy rate nationwide. Despite measures since 2010 involving local education boards, cultural departments, and private organizations, truancy continues to rise, reaching 3.7% of compulsory education students and 7.6% of middle school students in 2024. While 99% of compulsory education graduates proceed to high school, many face complex issues such as mental health challenges, developmental disorders, poverty, and unstable family environments. High schools must now address these multifaceted needs by providing not only education but also life, employment, and medical support. Nagano’s part-time high schools, originally established for working students, now primarily serve those with truancy or developmental challenges. However, declining birth rates have led to school closures and restructuring, even as private online high schools have expanded. Research shows that while both types of schools attract former truants, their roles differ significantly. This study examines the role and potential of part-time high schools in Nagano, emphasizing their unique contributions to supporting youth facing complex difficulties.departmental bulletin pape
おしつけがましくない芸術・その4 -- 軽芸術実践の展開と可能性
This article will discuss the kei-geijutsu research I have been working on in recent years, the definition of non-intrusive art, and a project I implemented this year in the field of contemporary art. The way to identify kei-geijutsu is not in the superiority or inferiority of individual works, but rather in the way it appears as a system that involves the viewer and the environment. Examples include holding exhibitions as a practice of non-intrusive artistic movements, researching and utilizing alternative spaces, and the artistic and individual characteristics seen in the game of shogi.departmental bulletin pape
文化的受肉(インカルチュレーション)の消極的定義 -- 教会活動の諸局面との関わりを探る
The term inculturation was coined after the recognition by the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) of the widening gap between the church and the world. Its theological intent was to bridge that gap so that the gospel, the message of the church, could be expressed locally in each district. Paul VI’s Evangelii Nuntiandi (1975) had prepared the theology of inculturation. John Paul II’s Ecclesia in Asia (1999) furthermore encouraged Asian churches to evangelize with their own expressions in faith, accepting the Asian bishops’ statements at the Special Asian Synod in 1998. Previous research has explored inculturation by focusing on its elements and structures directly. This paper, however, explores inculturation in an apophatic way, defining its purpose by deepening an understanding of five things it is not: The aim of inculturation is (1) not the incarnation of Christianity, but of the gospel, (2) not the incarnation of the Western church or institutionalized religion, (3) not the blossoming of Christianity, (4) not syncretism, and (5) not culturalism. The study of these points, which connect with actual aspects of church activities in the world, may help to clarify the meaning of inculturation and provide Asian churches with a necessary foundation for fruitful discussion of inculturation in theology.departmental bulletin pape
大学生が主体となった包括的性教育の実践と課題 -- 長野県における思春期ピアカウンセラーの養成及び活動から
In Nagano Prefecture, more than 640 adolescent peer counselors have been trained through prefectural programs, but the training course was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the activities of the peer circle at universities were reduced accordingly. However, Seisen University and the Nagano Health and Welfare Office jointly resumed the training course in FY2023 in order to continue training adolescent peer counselors who can provide comprehensive sexuality knowledge to adolescents in the same position. With the resumption of training courses and an increase in the number of adolescent peer counselors, peer circle activities have become more active. This led to activities such as conducting peer education requested by the community and conducting spontaneous “peer cafés” by the peers. This paper reviews the past progress of the Adolescent Peer Counselor Training Course and the current activities of the peer circle “Happy Life☆PEERS”, “Lily’s Peer”, and “Sunflower’s Peer”, and summarizes issues for the continuation and further development of the activities in the future.departmental bulletin pape
Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)を活用した異文化コミュニケーション能力育成プログラムの構築
本論文では、日本とカナダの大学生によって行われた国際オンライン協働学習(COIL)につい て報告する。今回の COIL の目的は、それぞれの第二言語でのコミュニケーション意欲を高めること、 異文化理解を進めることであった。プログラムは準備等の対面授業 5 回、オンライン授業 4 回で構成 された。COIL 終了後に記入した振り返りコメントを中心に、SCAT 分析を用いて質的に検討した結果、 本実践を通して参加学生の異文化に対する態度の変容が観察できた。departmental bulletin pape
