Improving Tensile Strength and Strength and Resilience of Reinforced Concrete through Pozzolanic Materials
So far, there have been many definitions of concrete. According to these definitions, concrete consists of three main materials. These materials include cement materials, water with which cement materials react and become sticky; and fillers that make up a significant volume of concrete. Steel reinforcements reinforce concrete under tension, but they have almost no effect on the Turkish development process. In other words, when the end of the crack reaches the position of the tensile reinforcements, the rate of crack opening increases and also the crack propagation decreases, and then when the crack passes through the reinforcement, the crack development increases at a higher rate. In addition, the presence of reinforcement in certain tensile areas makes the concrete out of homogeneity and homogeneity, and the assumption of concrete homogeneity in analysis methods faces problems. The various advantages of using fibers in concrete, such as increasing bending strength, increasing shear strength, increasing tensile strength, increasing resistance to impact loads, increasing the amount of energy absorption, and increasing cross-sectional resistance against cracking, have caused the use of fibers in strengthening and repairing all kinds of structures. Concrete should be used. The results of the compressive strength test in samples reinforced with 1.5% and 2.5% glass fibers are as follows: The use of glass fibers in this research has reduced the effectiveness of concrete. According to these results, if glass fibers are used, the compressive strength of the samples is greatly reduced. The use of pozzolanic materials has significantly increased the compressive strength of concrete reinforced with glass fibers. Based on this, the highest compressive strength of 7 days and 28 days is related to samples reinforced with 2.5% glass fibers and containing metakaolin. In the samples reinforced with 2.5% glass fibers, with the increase in the amount of metakaolin used from 10% to 15%, the 28-day strength of the samples increased from 53.665 MPa to 56.16 MPa
Analysis and Determination of Factors Affecting Flexibility (UR) and Urban Sustainability (US)
Cities are increasingly becoming complex systems of social, economic, and ecological factors. When any of their subsystems are destroyed or unable to adapt to new challenges, they are highly vulnerable. Unknown factors such as natural disasters, climate change, energy crises, political instability, financial crises, food health, and terrorist attacks play an important role in threatening urban development. Three scales of urban, community, and urban facilities are outlined. To study and prepare the questionnaire in this study, two scales of community and urban facilities are considered. Accuracy was not possible. The results of the study showed that the indicators considered in the flexibility section are more important than urban sustainability, meaning that when flexibility is implemented in cities, the city will move towards sustainability. Other important results of the research are the implementation of poverty alleviation programs, the establishment of social poverty alleviation programs with the participation of the private sector, the number and value of small business loans, and the allocation of funds for poverty alleviation programs as influential factors in community management. There are two modes of flexibility and stability
Evaluation and Optimization of Building Greening Methods in Four Different Climates Using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
BIM, which stands for Building Information Modeling, is a methodology that allows architects to digitally simulate their design and manage all the information related to an architectural project. BIM systems include the fourth dimension (time dimension) and the fifth dimension (cost dimension). On the other hand, sustainable development is a complex concept that includes different aspects. In sustainability, the three economic, environmental, and social aspects are fully interacting with each other, and most researchers examine sustainability in these three main aspects (Triple Bottom Line) of environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Therefore, in this research, we have examined four objectives, which first evaluate the impact of building orientation on reducing energy consumption by using building information modeling (BIM) and determine the most optimal direction. Then we examine the effect of the placement of skylights and openings on reducing energy consumption by using building information modeling (BIM). Finally, we examine the effect of using green facades and building smartness on the energy consumption of the building. Finally, by comparing the results obtained from the Design-Builder software, the most optimal modes are determined
Exploring the Role of Performance Appraisal, Organizational Commitment, and Citizenship Behavior
This study investigated the impact of perceived fairness of performance appraisal (PFPA) on organizational commitment (OC) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the banking sector of the district of Vehari, Punjab, Pakistan. Data were collected from 250 bank officers through a self-administrative questionnaire. PLS-SEM was employed to validate data and examine the hypothesized relationships. Results revealed that OC mediates the relationship between PFPA and OCB. More specifically, drawing upon the OC perspective documents the importance of the PFPA relationship with OCB. The study highlighted that employees’ positive perception of performance appraisal is the confluence with OC, which is central to enhancing employee productivity and maintaining good organizational citizenship. Fair appraisal structures and relational collaboration among workers are essential business components that boost the workforce’s devotion to the workplace. This study is the first to document the significance of performance appraisal in banking. It provides valuable insights for the business organization to strengthen citizenship behavior by emphasizing the value of fair performance management conducive to fostering personnel productivity and firm performance
Scrutinizing of City Taxes Effects on Final Housing Price in Hamedan
Housing has some characteristics as an economic good that distinguishes it from the other goods. Housing can be considered as a commodity and also can be accounted as one the essential human needs such as food and clothing; it is also a durable and immovable capital good while investing in it forms a huge volume of the family property. It is an attractive target for business agents and families themselves. In this paper, with an analytical-descriptive method, the role of city taxes has been studied in housing prices, emphasizing transferring excess density. This research case study is Hamedan City. Required information has been obtained from studying related documents gathered from Hamedan region one municipality as well web sites, property databases, field studies, and sampling from 230 cases in the study region analyzed, using SPSS and regression model. Results revealed that transferring excess density with a present pattern increases the average city tax share in new residential production prices by 8%. Pierson correlation coefficient (r= 0.743), confirms the existence of a direct and significant relationship between housing price and city taxes while transferring excess density in Hamedan. In this regard, replacing sustainable income resources and decreasing the amount of taxes on housing supply and demand is highly recommended while we are relying on housing demand taxes more
How to Estimate the Risk of Failure of Urban Renewal Projects from the Economic and Managerial Aspects
One of the important goals of crisis management is increasing the welfare level and establishing social justice in society. One of the ways to establish social justice is to renovate worn-out urban structures. Worn-out fabrics, despite having great economic and social capacities and rich human and environmental resources, are struggling with many social and economic problems such as rising unemployment, low social status of residents, insecurity, poverty, and low level of health, which increases the need to invest in the renovation of worn-out structures. On the other hand, in all projects, there are a series of obstacles that disrupt the process of realizing project goals. These obstacles are the same problems and risks that we face during the stages of designing, compiling, implementing, and operating the project. Therefore, the process of identifying and managing the risk of this category of projects is very important. In this study, an analysis of the existing solutions for risk management of this category of projects has been presented and, if possible, new solutions have been introduced. As you know, worn-out urban structures cause a series of social and economic problems and anomalies, such as: Rising unemployment, low social status of neighborhood residents, insecurity, poverty, and low level of health. On the other hand, one of the goals of society is to raise the welfare level and implement social justice in society. In this regard, projects have been defined under the title of renovation projects of worn-out urban structures. On the other hand, every project has a set of goals, the failure of which means the failure of the project. The factors of project failure are the problems and risks that we face during the project stages. For this reason, it is very important to identify and manage the risk of this category of projects
Integrated Management of Urban and Rural Crises (Challenges and Solutions)
Man today sees the future horizon farther than yesterday, and maybe because of this, his challenge has increased. Despite having a broad vision and the progress of science, he is incapable of predicting the time of crisis, today's cultured person uses the knowledge of crisis management, and what can lead him to continuous improvement is attention to process management. In the new paradigm, the approach to improving processes and systems is a scientific approach that is considered the philosophy and principles of comprehensive quality management. The important features and shortcomings of the Najaf Abad region, which are obtained from the analysis of the current situation and its developments, can be summarized in the following cases: Failure to deal with the Najaf Abad region as a single element, considering the integrity of the elements of the region. The economic imbalance between Najaf Abad region and other regions of the province has led to a heavy migration to Najaf Abad city, to unstable hierarchical system of population settlement in the region and severe population difference between Najafabad and other cities in the region. It created also the imbalance between population growth and physical-economic development of Najaf Abad city and has led to non-compliance with the master plan for the development of Najaf Abad city

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Gender Equality in the Workplace: An Economic Geography Perspective
Equality in the workplace means that people who come out of their gender have the same resources and opportunities for advancement and earning in organizations. This means that employees who have similar roles and look alike are paid the same. Also, all employees should have the opportunity for job promotion and advancement. In equal organizations, the only feature of job promotion is the competence and abilities of people, not their gender. Quantitative research method - content analysis has been used to investigate the field of study. The indicators and indicators determined in the theoretical field of research have been identified at the level of review and evaluation and review and evaluation of the criteria determined in this field according to gender. According to the current research, the best way to create gender equality in the workplace is to first understand in which areas there is discrimination and then take action to eliminate the discrimination. The next question was about creating a work-life structure for many employees. Today's living conditions do not allow many to be at work at 8 in the morning and go home at 4 in the afternoon. A person may do his work from 6 am to 2 pm and another person does a friend from 10 am to 6 pm. Organizations can treat their employees more fairly by creating diverse work schedules, such as reception work or telecommuting
On Pun in Corporate Mission Statements of China’s Enterprises: Categories and C-E Translation
Pun, a typical figure of speech, usually has a surface meaning and an underlying meaning. Pun is frequently employed in Chinese corporate mission statements (CMS), but there exists a lack of corresponding discussion and research. This paper firstly analyses CMS of China’s Top 500 enterprises as examples, then roughly classifies pun in CMS into three categories, namely, homophonic pun, semantic pun and grammatical pun. In order to perform the informative and vocative function of CMS, two corresponding translation strategies are proposed with the guidance of Peter Newmark’s text typology and communicative translation, that is, fit translation and paraphrasing pun in two terms. This paper contributes to enriching the research content and research perspective of China’ corporate mission statements and pun
