This study aims to determine the procedures for storing incoming goods in the warehouse of PT Bintang Dagang Internasional (Haistar) Surabaya. Each warehouse has a different procedure for storing goods because storage depends on the type and amount of goods to be stored. The research method used is a descriptive method and uses data collection using observation, documentation and literature studies. The results showed that PT Bintang Dagang Internasional (Haistar) stores many types of goods in the warehouse, therefore the procedures that must be carried out are confirmation of the arrival of goods (confirmation of incoming goods), determining the storage location according to the condition of the goods, searching and preparing a good location for old and new clients, the goods can be stored in the warehouse after passing the quality control (QC) process
