Inventory is an asset owned by the company. Inventory is very vulnerable
to damage, theft, and misappropriation. The purpose of the research was to
determine how the inventory valuation accounting system used at CV Akar Selang.
The research use primary data such as the result of interview and documentation.
Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that CV Akar
Selang use Perpetual method and the inventory valuation method use First In First
Out method

excellent service.
Excellent service is a pattern of the best service in modern management that
prioritizes concern for customers. Excellent service is important to be applied in
the company, because the existence of excellent service can provide an image and
good name for the company. Optimal service in the end is also able to improve the
company's image in the eyes of business partners, consumers, and subsidiaries. By
having a good image, everything the company does will be considered good by
business partners, consumers, and subsidiaries. The results of the study can be

TUGAS COOK HELPER DI KAYANA RESTORAN PADA ASTON SIDOARJO CITY HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
The purpose of writing this final project is to find out the task of the
cook helper at Kayana Resto at Aston Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center.
The author who is also an apprentice as a cook helper at the Food and Beverage
Department of ASTON Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center made
observations on the duties of cook helpers at Kayana Resto at ASTON Sidoarjo
City Hotel & Conference Center. The author can conclude that the task of the
cook helper at Kayana Resto at ASTON Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center
is to carry out the preparation of food ingredients, assist the implementation of
food processing, maintain the cleanliness and health of the work environment,

This final project aims to determine the duties and responsibilities of the
cook helper in the kitchen of KHAS Gresik Hotel. Data collection was carried out
by direct observation at KHAS Gresik Hotel for 4 months from 8 September 2021
to 7 January 2022 and also data collection with documentation, namely taking
data from company documents and the Surabaya NSC Polytechnic library. From
the discussion above, it can be concluded that a cook helper is needed to help the

This study aims to determine the purchase order procedure that is run at PT Total
Chemindo Loka Surabaya branch. The method used in conducting this research is
descriptive method, namely by conducting interviews with regional managers and
making direct observations of the object under study. The results obtained
indicate that the purchase order process that occurs at PT Total Chemindo Loka
Surabaya branch has been going well and the selection of distribution channels
used in marketing the product is correct
PROSEDUR PENYIMPANAN BARANG MASUK PT BINTANG DAGANG INTERNASIONAL (HAISTAR) SURABAYA
This study aims to determine the procedures for storing incoming goods in
the warehouse of PT Bintang Dagang Internasional (Haistar) Surabaya. Each
warehouse has a different procedure for storing goods because storage depends on
the type and amount of goods to be stored. The research method used is a
descriptive method and uses data collection using observation, documentation and
literature studies. The results showed that PT Bintang Dagang Internasional
(Haistar) stores many types of goods in the warehouse, therefore the procedures
that must be carried out are confirmation of the arrival of goods (confirmation of
incoming goods), determining the storage location according to the condition of
the goods, searching and preparing a good location for old and new clients, the
goods can be stored in the warehouse after passing the quality control (QC)
process

documentation so that this research shows more data and facts and
using comparative analysis (Favorable or unfavorable).
The results obtained are that management uses the budget
so that all employees can carry out activities or activities in accordance with
established company work program. The variance results from the budget
operational with its realization, namely producing favorable (profitable).
These results show that the company has taken efficiency steps
in terms of company operations
