UJI AKTIVITAS TITER ANTIBODI AYAM PETELUR DAN PASCA VAKSINASI NEWCASTLE DISEASE INAKTIF

Laying hens in Indonesia are outstanding and potential commodities. However, Newcastle Disease (ND) is one of the risks that must be faced. Now vaccination is chosen as one of the strategies to prevent ND. This paper aims to examine the effect of inactivated ND vaccine from Lentogenic and Velogenic strains on the increase in antibody titers of laying hens. To find the antibody titer value, the Hemagglutination Inhibition (HI) test method is used with serum sampling time before vaccination, 4th week, 6th week, 8th week, and 10th week post-vaccination. Meanwhile, to see the significance of the difference in titers at each time, a statistical analysis was carried out using the Paired Sample T-test. From this analysis, it is known that the Lentogenic strain has the highest significance at week 8 post-vaccination with a value of 1779.20 compared to 380.80 before vaccination. Meanwhile, the Velogenic strain had the highest significance at week 4 post-vaccination with a value of 1753.60 compared to 143.60 before vaccination. So it can be concluded that the Inactivated ND vaccine is effective in stimulating the formation of protective antibodies to fight against the ND virus attack

OTHER FACTORS THAT AFFECTED THE CORPORATE VALUE (POV: TAX MATTERS)

ABSTRACTThis research study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax planning, deferred tax burden, and corporate governance mechanisms on firm value through earnings management mediation. The sample was chosen using a purposive sampling method, and 12 textile and garment sub-sector companies were found in 2022. The data is cross-sectional and time series. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The study results show that tax planning and corporate governance affect earnings management, but deferred tax expense has no significant effect. Tax planning, deferred tax expense, and earning management affect firm value, but corporate governance does not. Earnings management does not intervene in the relationship between tax planning and company value; earnings management moderates the relationship between deferred tax expenses and firm value variables; earning management does not moderate the relationship between corporate governance and corporate values. Corporate governance mechanisms could protect the interests of investors. Management and inventors could follow the best lessons and experiences in calculating corporate value.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan pajak, beban pajak tangguhan, dan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui mediasi manajemen laba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pajak dan tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba, namun beban pajak tangguhan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Perencanaan pajak, beban pajak tangguhan, dan manajemen laba berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun tata kelola perusahaan tidak. Manajemen laba tidak melakukan intervensi terhadap hubungan antara perencanaan pajak dan nilai perusahaan; manajemen laba memoderasi hubungan antara variabel beban pajak tangguhan dan nilai perusahaan; manajemen laba tidak memoderasi hubungan antara tata kelola perusahaan dan nilai-nilai perusahaan. Mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan dapat melindungi kepentingan investor. Manajemen dan inventor dapat mengambil pelajaran dan pengalaman terbaik dalam menghitung nilai perusahaan

Creative Thinking Ability of Grade VII Students Towards Civic Education

Research was carried out regarding the factual low civic skills of class VII students due to the inappropriate choice of learning model. Thus, the right learning model is expected to be able to provide understanding and interest in students so that the ability to think creatively emerges. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the results of civic skills taught using the project citizen model and teams games tournament, the results of the civic skills of groups of students who have high and low creative thinking abilities, the interaction between the project citizen model and thinking abilities creative towards students' civic skills. This research was carried out at Junior High School (SMP N 3 Tigapanah) with samples in class VII. The method used in this research is an experimental research method. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Project Citizen in influencing civic skill results, namely that Project Citizen has more impact than teams games tournaments, there is an influence of creative thinking ability in influencing civic skill results, namely high creative thinking ability has more impact than ability. low creative thinking, and there is an interaction between project citizenship and creative thinking ability in influencing civic skills results with F count 7.06 . The results of this research conclude that choosing the right learning model can provide positive results and creative thinking abilities to students

Students’ Motivation through Problem-based Learning with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) Approach in Mathematics Lessons

Motivation is a person's inner desire to achieve a goal. Motivation can come from within oneself or from external or environmental factors. The two types of learning motivation are extrinsic (external) and intrinsic (deep). Rewards and praise for good work are examples of extrinsic motivation. These two types of motivation work together and strongly support learning success during the learning process, teachers must pay attention to student motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of fourth grade  students to learn mathematics with problem-based learning methods. This research was conducted by classroom action research study. Fourth grade students become subjects of this research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and learning motivation questionnaires. The results showed that the average motivation score of students increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In Cycle I, the count was 66.37, but in Cycle II the count increased to 90.96. These results suggest that problem-based learning, combined with an instructive cultural approach (CRT) to the environment can significantly increase students' desire to learn as an alternative to improving student learning outcome

Analisis Hierarki Kebutuhan Tokoh Miyori Dalam Anime Miyori no Mori

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemenuhan kebutuhan pada tokoh Miyori. Dengan menggunakan teori Kebutuhan Bertingkat Abraham Maslow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil dan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan tokoh Miyori dalam anime Miyori No Mori. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berupa gambar dan kutipan dialog pada tokoh. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Miyori mendapatkan kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan akan rasa aman, kebutuhan cinta dan memiliki, juga kebutuhan akan penghargaan dari dirinya sendiri serta lingkungan sekitarnya. Miyori juga menyadari potensinya sebagai seorang penjaga hutan dan menggunakannya untuk membantu menyelamatkan hutan dari orang-orang kota yang ingin membuat proyek bendungan. Miyori dapat menjadi dirinya sendiri secara bebas sesuai dengan apa yang ia inginkan dengan berbagai usaha ia mampu melewati semua itu. Meskipun dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasarnya mengalami hambatan dari luar maupun dirinya sendiri, Miyori dapat mencapai aktualisasi melalui usaha dan tekadnya.

REPRESENTASI KEMATIAN PADA MASA KOLONIALISME DALAM PUISI MENGHADAPI MAUT KARYA SUTAN TAKDIR ALISJABNA: KAJIAN POSKOLONIAL

 This research aims to explain the meaning of poetry during the colonial period contained in the poem Menghadapi Maut. The poem Menghadapi Maut by Sutan Takdir Alihsajbana is a poem that describes the social reality of Indonesia as a European colony. Almost three centuries of colonialism in Indonesia has had a huge impact on the lifestyle of the Indonesian people today, through the poem Menghadapi Maut, the struggles and conditions of the Indonesian people see and feel the anxiety of the end of life from the colonizers who are about to take their lives. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to provide an overview of the form of postcolonial facing death poetry. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method, and the source of information is the poetry text by Sutan Takdir Alihsajbana Menghadapi Maut. The results of this study indicate that there is a representation of death addressed by Menghadapi Maut poem through anxiety and unrest facing the conditions of warfare during the colonial period. The conclusion of this research is the description of death in the poem "Menghadapi Maut" that occurred in the colonial era which is clearly interpreted as a form of anxiety and unrest facing death

Kepemimpinan sebagai agen perubahan dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru dapat diwujudkan melalui berbagai strategi. Pengembangan profesi guru merupakan suatu proses untuk membantu guru dalam melakukan pekerjaan secara efektif dan kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan pendidikan bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji mengenai kepemimpinan sebagai agen perubahan dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) yang melibatkan analisis data yang kritis yakni dengan membaca, menelaah dan mengkaji buku-buku dan sumber tulisan yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah yang dibahas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil analisis dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu pemimpin sebagai agen perubahan dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru harus menguasai cara-cara kepemimpinan. Pemimpin harus memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan untuk menjadi pemimpin yang baik. Pengembangan profesi guru merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena guru merupakan salah satu komponen yang berperan dalam usaha pembentukan sumber daya yang potensial dalam pembangunan. Para guru diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta sikap yang cermat terhadap setiap perubahan. Legal Effects Of Fiduciary Guarantee Registration In Online Systems

Fiduciary security institutions are regulated through legislation, Act No. 42 of 1999. This law governs the obligation of the registration of fiduciary security in order to provide legal certainty to the interested parties and this fiduciary security registration gives the rights of preference to the fiduciary recipient of other creditors. In 2013, the Government issued a regulation to Administration System of Fiduciary Security Registration electronically in order to improve services to people who need legal services in the field of fiduciary security. Laws of Fiduciary Security are positive law applicable to the fiduciary security, but there are some things that are not regulated in the law, that is, the  registration done with the online system and the legal consequences that are not registered. This study used normative legal research, which explains the existence of the absence of norms in  the Law of Fiduciary Security, i.e. the registration done with the online system and the legal consequences of fiduciary security which are not registered. This study used a source of legal materials consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that registration of fiduciary security with the online system is regulated through the Regulation of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9  of 2013 concerning the electronic imposition of Fiduciary Security and Regulation of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2013 concerning the System for Registration of Fiduciary Security done Electronically. The legal consequence of the Agreement of Fiduciary Security which is not registered with the online system is that it does not produce the collateral agreement of the fiduciary security so that the collateral character such as droit de suite and the rights of preference is not inherent in the creditor of the grantor of the fiduciary security and it does not have the executorial power

Exploring 21st-Century Skill Portrayals in an Indonesian EFL Textbook

This study investigates how 21st-century skills are represented in an Indonesian government-funded EFL textbook designed for first-grade junior high school students. Through content analysis, the study examines the integration of these skills within the textbook components, employing Rinekso’s (2021) framework of analysis. Results indicate comprehensive coverage of all four Cs skills (critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation), with communication skills being most prominent and creativity skills less emphasized. The representation of these skills varies across different tasks, encompassing goals, inputs, procedures, and teacher and learner roles. The findings underscore the need to expand tasks fostering creativity skills. Moreover, the study anticipates that English teachers provide practical examples of 21st-century skills in everyday contexts, fostering enthusiasm for skill development in the era of globalization
