Analisis Tingkat Kebisingan Lalu Lintas Di Kawasan Rumah Sakit Sansani Pekanbaru

The high traffic activity in the area of Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru has the potential to generate noise that may disturb the comfort of patients, medical personnel, and the surrounding community. This noise is caused by the sound of horns, vehicle exhaust, and the friction of tires against the asphalt road surface. This study aims to measure the level of traffic noise in the Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru area and analyze whether the noise level has exceeded the permitted standard limits. Additionally, this research provides recommendations for noise control in the hospital environment. In this study using the Calculation of Road Traffic Noise (CoRTN) method and using a Sound Meter Level (SLM) tool. Based on the calculations using the Calculation of Road Traffic Noise (CoRTN) method, the noise level in the Sansani Pekanbaru Hospital area with the highest noise level is Monday at 65,98 dB (A) and the lowest noise level is on Sunday at 64,15 dB (A). While using the Sound Level Meter (SLM) tool, the highest value is on Monday 67,81 dB (A) and the lowest is on Sunday 64,29 dB (A). the noise level has exceeded the quality standard allowed for the hospital area which is 55 dBA and is given a tolerance +3 dBA

The Effectiveness of Make-A-Match Method on Students’ Interest in Learning Arabic in Class I Wustho at The Baitul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School of Riau 182710085 Faculty of Islamic Studies Islamic University of Riau Learning Arabic is often considered difficult and boring by some students due to the lack of interest in learning. Therefore, a method is needed that can increase students’ interest in learning Arabic. One method that has succeeded in creating an active and enjoyable learning atmosphere is Make-A-Match method. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Make-A-Match method on students’ interest in learning Arabic in class I Wustho at the Baitul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School of Riau. This was an experimental study with a quantitative method. The data collection techniques of the study were questionnaire and test. The population of the study consisted of 39 students who were divided into two classes, namely class IA as the experimental class and class IB as the control class. The Make-A-Match method was applied in the experimental class while the Qowaid waltarjamah method was applied in control class. The data analysis techniques of the study were normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. The results of the study showed that there was an effectiveness of Make-A-Match method on students’ learning interest after the pre-test and post-test were carried out in the experimental class than in the control class which was applied the Qowaid waltarjamah method. Based on the results of data processing and analysis carried out by the researcher, the significance value was less than 0.05, namely 0.001 <0.05. In conclusion, there was an effectiveness of Make-A-Match method on students’ interest in learning Arabic in class I wustho at the Baitul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School

Implementasi Kebijakan Penyaluran Alokasi Dana Desa Di Desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Gunung Sahilan Kabupaten Kampar

One form of support provided by the central and regional governments to villages is through funding, namely the Village Fund Allocation (ADD).The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the inhibiting factors in the distribution of ADD in Gunung Sari Village, Gunung Sahilan Subdistrict. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method and data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance, BPD, and Hamlet Head. The results showed that the village fund allocation (ADD) distribution policy has been implemented at a fairly good level, although there are still obstacles that affect the effectiveness of implementation. The local government of Kampar regency should design more stable and consistent guidelines or regulations so that they do not undergo frequent changes. If policy changes are made, they should be socialized more effectively and given a sufficient transition period so that the village can adapt to the new regulations, and the process of disbursing village fund allocations needs to be accelerated and administrative procedures clarified. The application of digital systems in the submission and disbursement of funds also needs to be improved, the government needs to ensure that the server or system used to store documents has a high security and stability system to prevent the risk of data loss or hacking

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting conservatism, board characteristics, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and financial distress on earnings management in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. The study population consists of 87 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 24 companies meeting the research criteria over the 2021-2023 timeframe. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the tests indicate that accounting conservatism, managerial ownership, have a significant influence on earnings management. Conversely, board characteristics, institutional ownership and financial distress do not significantly affect earnings management

Pengaruh Metode Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sma Negeri 2 Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang terjadi di SMA Negeri 2 Tambusan Roan Hulu. Seorang siswa harus memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi karena pembelajaran dikatakan berhasil dan berkualitas apabila siswanya memiliki minat yang tinggi dalam peroses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; tingkat pemahaman metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu; tingkat minat belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu; dan pengaruh metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 266 orang dan sampel berjumlah 186 dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan dengan nilai F = 77.557 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dapat diartikan terdapat pengaruh metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Besar pengaruhnya dapat dilihat dalam tabel summary dengan nilai R Square sebesar adalah 0,297 atau 29,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw sebesar 29,7% dengan kriteria rendah. Apabila metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw ditingkatkan 1% sesuai dengan baik maka diprediksi akan sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sebesar 329 (X). Sebaliknya apabila terdapat penurunan metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw dalam pembelajaran sebesar 1%, maka minat belajar siswa juga diprediksi akan menurun sebesar 329. Maka dapat disimpulan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh metode cooperative learning tipe jigsaw terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam

The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the supervisory role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service regarding the supervisory function of controlling large tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency, what is the role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service's duties regarding excessive loads at the weigh bridge, what are the factors that influence the Department's supervision? Siak Regency Transportation in monitoring large tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the supervisory role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service regarding the supervisory function of controlling large-tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency. For the role of the Siak Regency Transportation Service in dealing with excessive loads at the weigh bridge. To find out the obstacles to the Siak Regency Transportation Service in monitoring large tonnage vehicles in Siak Regency. The supervision theory used is according to Siagian, (2000) with indicators of setting standards, carrying out assessments and taking corrective action. This research method uses a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Then the informants in this research referred to the DISHUB field, the community and truck drivers. The results of research from the Department of Transportation regarding supervision of large-tonnage vehicles have not been implemented properly because the Department of Transportation officers have carried out the appropriate monitoring indicators, then the Department of Transportation has also given sanctions to parties who violate these regulations and the inhibiting factors that influence the supervision of heavy-tonnage trucks in the Regency. Analisis Wacana Makna Bertahan Hidup Dalam Film Society Of The Snow

The approach used is descriptive qualitative with the critical discourse analysis method of Teun A. Van Dijk model. This theory views discourse through three main dimensions, namely text structure, social cognition, and social context. The text structure in this analysis consists of three levels: macro structure (main theme/topic), superstructure (text scheme or flow) and micro structure (word choice, sentence and language style). In this study, data were collected by observation and documentation. Observation is done through direct observation by observing, listening, and feeling the meaning of survival while documentation collects images of scenes in the movie Society Of The Snow. The results show that from the text dimension, survival becomes the main macro structure, with a narrative superstructure that follows the pattern of conflict, anti-climax, and ending. The microstructure shows straightforward and emotional language to emphasize crisis and solidarity. In the social cognition dimension, director J.A. Bayona constructs realistic and ethical representations, emphasizing that the survivors' extreme decisions are born of compulsion. In the social context, the film affirms the universal relevance of the theme of survival, opening up reflections on ethics, culture and human resilience. Overall, survival is interpreted as a physical, mental, and moral struggle through solidarity, sacrifice, and ethical decisions, while maintaining human values under extreme conditions. The author's critical interpretation concludes that Society of the Snow depicts the struggle of living in extreme conditions after a plane crash in the 1972 Andes. Introduction. The literary works produced by Riau authors are generally documented in unstructured text formats, making it difficult to organize, search, and access information efficiently. This study aims to visualize literary works through the implementation of a knowledge graph to provide more structured and integrated access to literary information. ResearchMethods.This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach involving five stages: needs analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation. Metadata was systematically collected based on the standards of Resource Description and Access (RDA) and Friend of a Friend (FOAF) to ensure consistency and interoperability of information. Data Analysis.The collected metadata was analyzed and used to represent the relationships between authors and their literary works within a semantic framework using Neo4j.Results.This study successfully compiled and structured the metadata of literary works by Riau authors and clearly mapped the relationships between entities in an informative manner.Conclusion.The application of knowledge graph technology in the context of regional literature has proven effective in enhancing the organization, visualization, and accessibility of literary metadata. This research contributes to the digital preservation of local literary heritage and offers an information management model that can be further developed
