Now there are over 500 advertising agencies, 60 such production houses and more than thousands of digital marketing agencies operating in Bangladesh. This sector employs more than 10 thousand people in different roles. Yet, the industry is not getting good human resources. Thus this can hamper the progress of the industry as well as have adverse impact in the marketing and branding fraternity, as advertising industry is highly linked with the mentioned industries. There is a gap between students and advertising industry of Bangladesh. To minimize this gap, collective approach was required. Bangladesh Brand Forum being an industry stakeholder and advocate took the initiative of bridging the gap between students and creative industry through “Crafting Creativity” under Commward. Crafting Creativity is a connecting session for the students and the agencies. 6 sessions were executed within last week of July to August 10, 2017 at six different universities. The sessions of Crafting Creativity constituted of the 6 top agencies of Bangladesh to visit 6 universities and present some of their previous campaigns in front of these students and explain them the concept behind Crafting Creativity within their own experiences. The session focused on sharing how being creative can influence student’s personal life and also in professional life. Also, how creativity can solve different social problems and how the agencies execute different campaigns. The session engaged 591 students where the target was to engage with 500 students in the primary phase. From organizational perspective, the campaign was a successful one meeting all the KPIs. Also, from the student feedback we can see that the session was enlightening for the students about the work process of the agencies through real life experience. Though the campaign was successful, yet there are room for improvements. It is recommended that the sessions should cover industry perspective along with agency perspective. Also, the number of students reached and number of universities should be increased.Raiyan RummanB. Business Administratio

From what used to advertisements in TVs, radios, local newspapers and pamphlets, marketing has evolved to the palm of the hands on smartphones and to the workstations on offices. This revolution has only been possible due to the fast-paced technological changes in the recent times and humanity’s collective enthusiasm to explore the unknown. With the technological changes, the world upgraded and it is only usual for marketing, which is one of the core activities of businesses, to follow the suit. As technological transformation happened, humanity dissolved into a new world of advancement; social media sites and smartphones surfaced, changing the world into something that was never seen before. With social media and smartphones, emerged digital marketing. Targeted marketing to customers has never been apter. Digital marketing meant business could market their product better and customers had an incredibly vast number of products and services to choose from. The digital revolution has reached such a monumental dimension that today almost 53% of the world population is connected to the internet. Therefore, it is only usual for marketing to exploit these figures to change the marketing dynamics of the companies. In my internship journey, I have made an ardent effort to understand how digital marketing agencies work and add value to their client’s business. The nature of my work has allowed me to observe WebAble from the inside and gain an understanding of the whole process, starting from getting a new client up until a tailor-made marketing plan is prepared for them. In my report, I have tried to outline my observations in detail.Maliha FarzanaB. Business Administration

This thesis is submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, 2018.Cataloged from PDF version of thesis.Includes bibliographical references.Automatic text summarization process has been significantly explored throughout the years to cope with the staggering increase of virtual data. Text summarization process is commonly divided into two areas-Extractive and Abstractive. Abstractive summarization processes generate unique sentences that are different from the sentences in original document keeping the same theme, whereas Extractive summarization processes largely depend on sentence extraction techniques- implementing graph models or sentence-based models. In this paper, a sentence-based model has been proposed where the sentence ranking procedure adopts fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering, an unsupervised classification method, for sentence extraction purpose. The sentence scoring task relies on five key features, including Topic Sentence which is the first novelty of the proposed model. Furthermore, C-Means clustering is a soft-computing technique that is usually used for pattern recognition tasks but can be improved significantly by hard clustering the membership of the elements which has not been regarded in similar processes in any of the previous works, adding to the novelty of the presented model. Standard summary evaluation techniques have been used to gauge the precision, recall and f-measure of the proposed FCM model and have been compared with different summarizers from different perspectives. Summarizers having different dataset and approaches such as, bushy path, GSM, baseline, TextRank have been compared to the proposed model using ROUGE method. The outcome shows that the FCM model surpasses the previous approaches by a significant margin.A. M. Muntasir RahmanNasif Noor SaleheenShakil Ashraful AnamB. Computer Science and Engineerin

This thesis is submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, 2018.Cataloged from PDF version of thesis.Includes bibliographical references (pages 67-68).IoT (Internet of things) has become an interesting topic in the field of technological research. It is basically interconnecting of devices with each other over the internet. We typically think of the Internet of things (IoT) in terms of autonomous cars and smart homes, but some of the best applications of IoT technology are in fields that are intensely practical. One such example is health care monitoring system. The main purpose of our project is give the luxury to explore improved services for patients. It can be used to promote basic nursing care in the hospital environment by improving the quality of care and patient safety. Rural area of Bangladesh is lack behind from the proper patient monitoring system. So, remote monitoring and guidance awareness by sharing information in an authenticated manner are the main objectives.Israt Jarin HoqueMd.Shadman NavidRifat Binte RezaMashwab Ibna MahbubB. This thesis is submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 2018.Catalogued from PDF version of thesis.Includes bibliographical references (page 101-105).Electric vehicles are making a new era in the world of vehicles and electronics where Bangladesh has just started getting the touch of this technology. It is very efficient and a way of saving our natural resources aiming to modernize these fuel free transports of Bangladesh. This paper is about a wireless charging system for EV and solar vehicles. The purpose of this project is designing and implementation of a system to enhance the performance of wireless power transfer system and to reduce the use of wires by using a Tesla coil as a transmitter to produce high frequency, high voltage with low alternating current in order to produce high density flux to transfer electric power. Power is transferred wirelessly by magnetic field which is created by direct induction followed by resonant magnetic induction which is a form of inductive coupling where the carried flux can be captured by inductive coil at the receiver that coupled to the primary coil. This tesla coil is involved to transfer power at a distance to a load or an electrical equipment that need to be charged or powered wirelessly. This system is developed so as to reduce the use of wire, save natural resources, on going power for electric vehicle and wireless charging. As a core factor, charging for solar vehicle is also mentioned.Tahsin KhandakerMD. Mahmudul AlamM. Sajib ZaheenDipta ChowdhuryB. Electrical and Electronic Engineerin
