BIOENERGI DALAM OLAHRAGA
Dalam suatu program latihan atau olahraga seringkali dilakukan variasi gerakan yang akan
menimbulkan efek fisiologis yang berbeda. Adaptasi tubuh terhadap kondisi fisiologis tersebut akan
merangsang terjadinya sejumlah reaksi kimia enzimatis dalam tubuh guna mempertahankan prinsip
homeostatis. Selain itu, terjadi oksidasi berbagai sumber makanan dalam rangka menjaga kontinyuitas
suplai energi. Penentuan sumber energi yang akan dioksidasi (energy predominant) sangat tergantung
dengan kondisi fisiologis tubuh. Dengan demikian terdapat keterkaitan antara variasi gerakan dengan
sumber energi yang digunakan untuk melakukan gerakan-gerakan tersebut
MAGING RESERVOIR PADA MEDIA ANISOTROPI
Proses Pencitraan suatu reservoir dari data seismik untuk lapisan anisotropi dapat diamati melalui
pemodelan fisis penjalaran gelombang P yang menggunakan sumber gelombang ultrasonik. Model
media anisotropi mengunakan bahan phenolic resin, dengan paramaeter dilakukan akusisi data
Walkaway VSP transmisi. Data pemodelan fisis ini dapat menampilkan variasi perubahan velocity
untuk gelombang P. SV, dan SH terhdap perubahan offset atau susdut group. Dengan demikian
pemodelan fisis ini dapat digunakan untuk ferifikasi suatu model numerik untuk melakukan estimasi
parameter anisotropi dari suatu data seismik, sedangkan metode numerik dapat digunakan untuk
mengestimasi paramater anisotropi dari data lapangan
PENETAPAN TEMBAGA (CU) PADA MUARA SUNGAI BONE DENGAN METODE SPEKTROFOTOMETRI SERAPAN ATOM
This research is aimed to know the amount of Cuprum (Cu) in the Bone Rivers delta by its
sediment as the sample. This analysist uses the Atomic Absorption Spectrofotometry method.
Sample of this research was taken from two places. They were the delta of Bone River and river
stream area 50 meters from the delta. This was done to know the source of the Cuprum that comes
into the delta. This research shown that the amount of Cuprum in Bone Rivers delta is 0,0449658 ppm than
the amount of Cuprum in the river stream area which is 50 meters from the delta where the amount
of Cuprum is 0,0445991 ppm. This amount is still in the limit of tolerance, base on the Letters of
Decision of Minister of Cuprum in the maritime body is 0,06 ppm
PENENTUAN KADAR SENG (Zn) PADA RUMPUT LAUT (Eucheuma cotonii) DARI PANTAI PONELO KECAMATAN KWANDANG DENGAN METODA SPEKTROFOTOMETRI SERAPAN ATOM
The determination of Zinc Concentration (Zn) in seaweed (Eucheuma cotonii) from Kwandang sub district Ponelo beach by Atomic Absorption Spektrophotometriy Method. This is search aim to know the Zinc Concentration in seaweed (E. cotonii) from Kwandang sub district beach with Atomic Absorption Spectrofotometry Method. This process begins with destructed the sample which is clean from organic compounds. Based on the measurement of standard soluble of Zn got the calibration curve with linier equilibration Y = 0,3481 + 0,0766 X and the Zn concentration in sample from Kwandang sub district Gorontalo beach district is 1.862 mg/mL in 8,02 gram sample
PENGARUH EKSTRAK METANOL DAUN PALIASA (Kleinhovia hospita, Linn) TERHADAP LAMBUNG MENCIT
The research about the effect of extract methanol ? Paliasa? leaves (Kleinhovia hospita, Linn) to gastric of mice have been done, which is given orally to improve the scientific data in development of ? Paliasa? Plant as tradisional drug for some kinds of desease. This research has used lest animals of fifteen male micethat divided into 5 groups. Groups I,II,III have been given suspension of extract methanol with 5 % w/v, 10 % w/v and 15 % w/v during 7 days. Group IV has been given acetosal suspension 0,195 % as comparement. Group V have been given Na-CMC as control. Observasion have been done in daya of 8 th then operated the astric of mece which is separated and observea mether there is a gastric ulcer such as blood spot perforation. The result showed that there is no effect to the gastrik of mice by the methanol extract of paliasa leaves
