    Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Layanan Transportasi Online Grab di Kota Bekasi

    The objective of this research was to determine the Effect of Convenience and Trust Perception towards the Interest of Use of Grab Online Transportation Services in Bekasi City. This research used quantitative approach method. Besides, the type of this research was descriptive method. The population used in this research was all users of Grab online transportation services in Bekasi City. The data collection technique used questionnaires and observations. The sampling technique used Hair’s opinion with the total sample of 150 respondents. The data analysis was a multiple linear regression system using the Iunan tool with the assistance of IBM Statistics version 25.0. The results of this research showed that there was a significant effect between the convenience perception variable towards the interest of use for about 83.1%, there was a significant positive effect between the trust perception variable towards the interest of use for about 86.4%, there was a simultaneous positive and significant effect between the convenience and trust perception variable towards the interest of use for about 81.1%, then the rest of 18.9% was explained by other variables that were not examined in this research

    This studi aims This study aims to determine and analyze the use of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies, as well as identify inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales volume of Gauri Shop MSMEs in East Jakarta. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Eight informants were selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that Gauri Shop\u27s implementation of IMC strategies is still suboptimal, particularly in terms of digital media utilization and direct customer interaction. Inhibiting factors identified include limited human resources, capital, and fluctuating purchasing power. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include strengthening human resource competencies, diversifying promotional content, and improving customer shopping experiences through digital media and physical stores. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of integrated marketing strategies for MSMEs in Indonesia to be able to increase competitiveness and sales volume in a sustainable manne

    Enhancing Storage Efficiency with Class-Based Storage Design: A Lubricant Drum Warehouse Study at PT Patra Logistik

    Efficient storage is a critical aspect of warehouse management, particularly in industries constrained by limited space, such as lubricant drum storage. PT Patra Logistik, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider for PT Pertamina Lubricants, has faced inefficiencies in its warehouse operations due to an unstructured storage system. The current use of a random storage method has led to increased travel distances for goods movement, difficulty in locating products, and overall layout disorganization. This study aims to redesign the warehouse layout using the Class-Based Storage (CBS) method to minimize the travel distance involved in the picking and storing of goods. The research employed field observations, interviews, and analysis of historical goods movement data from the April-June 2024 period. ABC Analysis was utilized to classify products based on the frequency of inbound and outbound movements. These classifications served as the foundation for developing a more efficient warehouse layout. The results indicate that implementing the CBS method significantly reduced the total travel distance from 164,625 meters to 78,609 meters, a reduction of 86,015 meters. This improvement enhanced operational efficiency by decreasing retrieval time, increasing labor productivity, and optimizing storage space utilization. Furthermore, validation of the new layout design revealed strong support from respondents, with the majority agreeing or strongly agreeing with the proposed system

    Identifying Project Delays in the Engineering Division of a Manufacturing Company: Using the Fishbone Diagram and Root Cause Approach

    Project delays are a common challenge in project management, especially in the engineering sector of the manufacturing industry. This study aims to identify the root causes of delays in production machinery procurement projects within the Engineering Division at PT XYZ, focusing on internal processes that affect project completion. The study uses Fishbone Diagram and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), which are effective tools to systematically uncover complex causal factors. The research is descriptive qualitative in nature, based on secondary data from 27 Project Status Reports (PSRs) from February 2022 to December 2023, categorized into six factors: Human, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement, and Environment. Fishbone analysis and 5 Whys were used to determine dominant and root causes. Finding show that delays are primarily caused by Method (25.4%), Machine (22.8%), and Human (21.1%) factors. Root causes include the lack of standardized design processes, limited machine precision for new design requirements, and delays in management decision-making due to incomplete technical information and multitasking among designers. To mitigate delays in future projects, PT XYZ is advised to establish a cross-functional planning team from the early stages, develop consistent SOPs for design, approval, and validation, and implement better human resource allocation through integrated project scheduling. These steps are expected to enhance project efficiency and accelerate technical decision-making processes

    This research was conducted with the aim and purpose of finfing out abaout the application of sanctions for non-complience with paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) for taxpayers registered at the regional reveneu UPTD office, Kedungdung District, Sampang Regency. The tax revenue target always experiences an increase in the state revenue budget every year. Taxpayer data per sub-district that received sanctions mostly increased from year to year. In 2021, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Ombul with 95 people. In 2022, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Pasarenan with 84 people. In 2023, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Ombul with 83 people, and in 2024, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Pajeruan with 78 people. In this research, the data collection uses primary and secondary data types whose data collection methods are obtained by interviews, documentation and data analysis. The results of the research is concluded that the application of sanctions for non-complience by taxpayers in paying Land and Building Tax has been implemented in accordance with applicable tax procedures and regulations, howeverthere are several obstacles found in the process of applying sanctions such as invalid taxpayer data,  lack of complience and taxpayer awareness and other obstacles such as economic difficulties or lack of information

    The purpose of this research is (a) to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. KCI at Juanda train station.(b) determine the effect of employee performance on PT customer satisfaction. KCI at Juanda train station. (c) To determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT. KCI at Juanda train station. The method used is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents filling out a questionnaire. The collected data was recorded and then analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 25.0 for Windows. The research results show that respondents\u27 assessments are usually related to the quality of service and performance of PT employees. KCI at Juanda station is good. This means that the independent variables or service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction together (together) are 44.8%. The remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors

    Pemeriksaan terhadap wajib pajak merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan penerimaan pajak. Namun faktanya pemeriksaan pajak tiap tahunnya belum memenuhi target serta terdapat banyak koreksi-koreksi fiskal yang berasal dari pendapatan dan biaya-biaya perusahaan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku.tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Pajak Terhadap Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPH) Wajib Pajak Badan Di KPP Pratama Padang Sidempuan Kanwil DJP Sumatera Utara II. Penelitian pada tesis ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi penelitian lapangan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Pajak Terhadap Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPH) Wajib Pajak Badan di KPP Pratama Padang Sidempuan Kanwil DJP Sumatera Utara II belum sepenuhnya efektif karena dalam pencapaian tujuan sasaran target tidak dapat tercapai dimana jumlah realisasi penerimaan pajak pemeriksaan SPT PPH mengalami penurunan dan banyaknya wajib pajak badan yang tidak melaporkan SPT selain itu adaptasi tidak berjalan dengan maksimal karena kurangnya jumlah pegawai pemeriksa pajak yang tidak sebanding dengan luasnya wilayah kerja pemeriksaan dan banyaknya target pemeriksaan pajak yang menyebabkan banyak pemeriksaan pajak SPT PPH yang belum mampu di kerjakan. Akan tetapi pemeriksaan pajak SPT PPH memiliki integritas yang baik dalam mengembangkan proses pelaksanaan pemeriksaan pajak dengan pelaksanaan yang sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai dan peraturan perpajakan.     The Influence of ESG and Dividend Policy on Firm Value: The Moderating Role of Financial Performance in Multinational Consumer Goods Companies Listed in Indonesia and Malaysia (2019–2023)

    This study aims to test whether there is an influence of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Dividend Policy on Company Value (PBV) with Financial Performance (ROA) as a moderating variable. This study uses samples of Indonesian and Malaysian manufacturing companies respectively during the period 2019-2023. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, so the number of samples used in this study was 125 financial reports and sustainability reports from 25 (Indonesia 18 and Malaysia 7) manufacturing companies during the period 2019-2023. Hypothesis testing used in the study uses panel data regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (Moderated Regression Analysis) with the help of E-VIEWS software. The results of the hypothesis test prove that in Indonesia ESG and dividend policy have no effect on PBV. However, there are differences in Indonesia and Malaysia. Then the results of the test together (Indonesia and Malaysia) ROA is unable to strengthen ESG against PBV and ROA is able to strengthen Dividend Policy against PBV

    Design of An AppSheet Based Inventory Management Information System for Warehouses Using the Waterfall Method

    Accurate inventory recording is a crucial aspect of maintaining warehouse operational efficiency. XYZ Institution is a government agency that operates two distinct types of warehouses: the Central Supply Warehouse and the Environmental Chemical Warehouse. Historically, manual inventory recording in both warehouses has resulted in discrepancies between system data and actual field conditions, with an average data accuracy of only 67% in the Central Supply Warehouse and 44% in the Environmental Chemical Warehouse. This study aims to develop an inventory management application based on AppSheet using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of design, implementation, and Black Box testing to verify the application\u27s functionality. The application users consist of an admin, who acts as the warehouse supervisor, and end users, namely staff of the Central Supply Warehouse and the Environmental Chemical Warehouse, each with workflows tailored to their respective operational requirements. The test results indicate that the application successfully meets the designed system requirements and is ready for operational use. It is expected that the implementation of this application will serve as an initial step toward the broader digitalization of logistics systems within government institution

    Penelitian ini adalah mengenai Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengawasan yang dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Daarul Arham Kecamatan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Guru baik secara parsial atau secara simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 30 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengawasan (X3) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Guru (Y). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan penelitian ini pengaruh Motivasi (X1), terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,211 atau 21,1%. Kemudian Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,234 atau 23,4%. Selanjutnya pengaruh Pengawasan (X3) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,237 atau 23,7%. Sedangakan Pengaruh Motivasi (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengawasan (X3) secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah 0,259 atau 25,9%
