Analysis of the Method for the Selection of Regions with Concentrated State Aid

The paper deals with the analysis of a method used by the Czech Government and the Ministry for Regional Development to select regions with concentrated state aid. It contains a comparison with several different basic methods of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). The analysis focuses on a mathematical algorithm of the established MCDM method and does not consider validity of any selected socioeconomic criteria and their weights. Both the strengths and weaknesses of the used MCDM method are presented. The paper includes a simple proposal of the modification of the examined method that will prevent incorrect data normalisation used for region’s evaluation before revision in 2010. Regional railway transport funding in conditions of the Czech Republic and in the Pilsen region

Present situation in financing of regional railway transport does not allow sustainable development of transport services in a region and also often leads to further worsening of situation in rolling stock financing. This paper describes basic problems related to financing of regional transport services from regional budgets. Stability of regional railway transport financing in the future provides the resolution of government of the Czech Republic No. 1132/2009 from the 31st August 2009, for the renewal of rolling stock will be possible to get grants from the Regional operational program (ROP). Regional authorities have to decide how to prepare the long-term contract concerning the public service obligation. Pedestrian bridge in Staré Město

Bakalářská práce „Lávka pro pěší v obci Staré Město“ se zabývá železobetonovou lávku pro chodce a cyklisty. Lávka se nachází na řece Krupá. Konstrukce je uvažována jako rám. Cílem práce je navrhnout vodorovnou část rámu a opěrnou stěnu. Výpočty byly prováděny v programu Scia Engineer. Posouzení bylo provedeno ručně.Bachelor’s thesis “Pedestrian bridge in the village Staré Město” is focused on reinforced concrete of pedestrian bridge for walkers and bikers. The pedestrian bridge we can find on the river called Krupá. The structure is considered as a frame. The goal of the work is suggest a horizontal part of the frame and supporting wall. Calculations were made in the program called Scia Engineer. Appraisals were made by hand.

Current Perspectives on Inclusive Education in the Czech Republic

This paper examines the academic literature describing the development of inclusive education programming within the Czech Republic after the Velvet Revolution. Interviews were conducted with special education professionals, who are researching potential benefits of inclusive education. Additionally, observations from an inclusive third grade classroom give further insight into how an inclusive classroom works. Despite some resistance, the Czech Republic is moving in the direction of inclusive education across the country

Práce se zabývá návrhem nového mostu sloužícího k převedení místní komunikace přes řeku Krupá v obci Staré Město pod Sněžníkem. Most je řešen jako trámový, prostě uložený s délkou přemostění 18,35m. Převáděná komunikace kategorie S7,5. Zatížení a posouzení dle Eurokódu.This Bachelor´s thesis deals with a proposal for a new bridge which is used to transfer a local road across the river Krupá in Staré Město pod Sněžníkem. The bridge is designed as a girder bridge, simply placed with a length of 18,35m. The communication category is S7,5. Loads and assessment are done according to Eurocode.

Klasické sekularizační teorie vnímaly urbanizaci jako jeden z procesů, které se pod hlavičkou modernizace podílejí na rozkladu světa tradičního náboženství. V tomto pohledu město představuje symbol sekulární modernity. Symbolizuje odkouzlený prostor, prostor charakterizovaný instrumentální racionalitou a pluralismem perspektiv. Pokud se ovšem podíváme na město společně s Maxem Weberem, uvidíme poněkud barvitější obrázek. Ve své Sociologii náboženství Weber píše, že křesťanství jako dominantní náboženství západního světa vzešlo právě z městského prostředí helénistického světa. Zde hraje město roli náboženské inovace. Jaký je tedy vztah mezi náboženstvím a městem? Cílem tohoto článku je načrtnout některé aspekty tohoto problému a zaměřit se na mnohovrstevnatou povahu a nejednoznačnost vlivu městského prostředí na náboženský život jedince i společnosti v pre-moderní a moderní éře

Slab bridge near Staré Město village

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh nového kolmého mostního objektu přes řeku Krupá. Návrh byl proveden dle ČSN EN 1992 – 2. Obsahem práce je především návrh nosné konstrukce mostu o jednom poli, který byl vytvořen ve třech variantách. Zvolená varianta je vytvořena pomocí dodatečně předpjaté desky obdélníkového průřezu výšky 800 mm a délce 21,54 m. Staticky je řešen jako podporově uložený s délkou přemostění 19,00 m. Tento objekt převádí komunikaci kategorie S 7,5. Účinky zatížení byly provedeny pomocí výpočtového softwaru SCIA ENGINEER 2014. Veškerá zatížení a posouzení na mezní stav únosnosti a mezní stav použitelnosti jsou řešena dle daných norem.The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is the design of new perpendicular bridge over the Krupá river. The design of the bridge is according to ČSN EN 1992 – 2. The content of the work is primarily of the design supporting structure of the one - span bridge, which is designed in three variants. The selected option consists of additionally prestressed slab of height 800 mm with a length of 21,54 m. Statically is designed as support the storage bridge with a length of 19,00 m. This object converts communications category S 7,5. Load effects were performed using calculation software SCIA ENGINEER 2014. All loads and assessment at the ultimate limit state and limit state are solved according to specific standards.
