Transport and geographical relations in the Šluknov promontory

Bakalářská práce se zajímá o dopravně-geografické vztahy ve Šluknovském výběžku. Hlavním cílem práce je celkové zhodnocení dopravní situace ve zkoumaném regionu. V úvodních kapitolách práce jsou čtenáři seznámeni se základní použitou literaturou. Dále s faktory ovlivňujícími vývoj dopravy v regionu, s dopravně-historickým rozvojem dopravní sítě a dopravními složkami prezentujícími se na území regionu (především silniční komunikace a železniční tratě). Metodika představuje vymezení regionu Šluknovska a základní metodické postupy k naplnění cílů práce. Další kapitoly práce jsou zaměřeny na rozbor dopravní situace z hlediska strukturně-morfologických znaků (deviatilita, konektivita, hustota dopravní sítě a akcesibilita), na sledování intenzity dopravy ve zkoumané roky (2000, 2005, 2010, 2016 a 2020) na nejvýznamnějších silničních komunikacích v regionu a zohlednění dopravní propojenosti se Saskem.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis is interested in transport-geographic relations in the Šluknov promontory. The main goal of the work is the overall assessment of the traffic situation in the region under study. In the introductory chapters of the work, readers are introduced to the basic literature used. Furthermore, with the factors affecting the development of transport in the region, with the transport-historical development of the transport network and the transport components present in the territory of the region (mainly road communication and railway lines). The methodology represents the definition of the region of Šluknov and the basic methodological procedures to fulfill the objectives of the work. Other chapters of the thesis are focused on the analysis the traffic situation from side of structural-morphological characteristics (deviatility, connectivity, density of the transport network and accessibility), on monitoring the intensity of traffic in the years under review (2000, 2005, 2010, 2016 and 2020) on the most important roads in region and taking into account the transport connection with Saxony

Specifics of Financial Management of Municipalities Associated with the Existence of Tourist Attractions

Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práce je věnována problematice specifických příjmů a výdajů obecních rozpočtů spojených s existencí turistických atraktivit na území těchto obcí. Byly vybrány obce turisticky zajímavého Mikroregionu Litovelsko, nacházejícího se v Olomouckém kraji. V práci je charakterizována ekonomika turismu jako taková, objasněno fungování trhu turismu, nabídka, poptávka a tvorba ceny na tomto trhu. Následuje přiblížení hospodaření obcí, tedy příjmů a výdajů obcí dle rozpočtové skladby a dopady turismu nejen na obecní rozpočet. Dále je představen Mikroregion Litovelsko a obce spadající do tohoto uskupení a provedena analýza jejich hospodaření za poslední čtyři roky. V návaznosti na tuto analýzu byli vybráni ukazatelé, prostřednictvím kterých je zkoumán vliv existence turistické atraktivity na rozpočet obce, ve které se nachází. Následně je tento pohled doplněn a upraven o názor z praxe.The diploma thesis is devoted to problems of specific revenues and expenditures of municipal budgets, associated with the existence of the tourist attractions in the territory of those communities. There were selected touristically interesting places in municipalities of Microregion Litovelsko, located in the Olomouc region. There is an characterisation of economy of tourism in general in this work, and also the functioning of tourism market explained, and formation of supply, demand and price in this market. It also aims on management of the municipalities, especially on revenues and expenditures, by budget structure and it focuses on impacts of tourism, not only on the municipal budget. Further in this work the Microregion Litovelsko and the belonging municipalities are introduced and there is also an analysis of their financial management in the last four years. According to this there were selected indicators, through which the influence of existence of tourist attractions on the budget of the municipality, in which it is located, is examined. Entrepreneurship as a potential driving force for the further development of rural areas

Entrepreneurial human capital and entrepreneurship are crucial elements for the further develop - ment of rural areas. In order to understand the role of rural enterprises it is essential to learn the characte - ristics of successful companies in local economies. The main aim of this paper is to demonstrate through the introduction of the activity, everyday practice and production procedure how non-agricultural and non-tourism enterprises can foster the development of rural and peripheral areas in the Visegrad countries. Nine local enter - prises of different size, profile and development pathway were examined in order to highlight main experiences and lessons being vital for and adaptable in other disadvantaged areas.
