Susceptibilities and the Phase Structure of an Effective Chiral Model with Polyakov Loops

Abstract

In the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio model with Polyakov loops, we explore the relation between the deconfinement and chiral phase transitions within the mean-field approximation.
