THE SNAKE RIVER- AN ALTERNATE WATER SUPPLY The 1961 joint report of the Bureau of Reclamation and the U.S. Corps. of Engineers entitled, "Upper Snake River Basin," presents a summary of the water resources of the Upper Snake River, together with an analysis of a number of potential water development projects in that area.
