本研究の目的は、学生と対象者との人間関係が職業的アイデンティティに及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。その結果、 1．学生は対象者と人間的信頼関係を築くことができた｡ 2．人間的信頼関係は看誰職としての専門性への信頼感を高める。 3．学生が対象者との人間的信頼関係を築くことができるならば職業的アイデンティティを高めることが示唆された。 The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence a relation with student\u27s patient exerts on a professional identity.
