La présente communication s’intéresse à certains défis posés par le
caractère protéiforme du droit et de la traduction du droit, dès lors
marqués par des contextes juridiques et non juridiques multiples et des
documents/textes extrêmement variés.

This paper aims to reflect upon some challenges posed by the proteiform
character of law and the legal translation, both deeply marked by juridical
and non-juridical contexts and by documents/texts of varied sources. The
main question here is: will the
legal systems and orders inherent in the
selected languages for this work (mainly Portuguese and French), within
the framework of university training of law translators, allow to associate
and to infer the effective existence of multilinguism and intercultural
