ICTP Lectures on Large Extra Dimensions

Abstract

I give a brief and elementary introduction to braneworld models with large extra dimensions. Three conceptually distinct scenarios are outlined: (i) Large compact extra dimensions; (ii) Warped extra dimensions; (iii) Infinite-volume extra dimensions.
