Moreover, all three of you specialize in quantitative delinquency research. The problem is that at the moment, we don't have any free mentor volunteers with expertise in your area. Thus we are proceeding by suggesting that you three team up to be mentors to one another. Phyllis is an associate professor, Many Ann an assistant professor, and Vera a second-year graduate student. We are hoping that Mary Ann would be able to help Phyllis and Vera, Phyllis to help Vera and Mary Ann, and Vera to comment on work by Phyllis and Mary Ann.
