contribuam de maneira ativa para a construção de um conhecimento compartilhado;
multidisciplinar no processo de inclusão social dos alunos NEE.This paper discusses the importance of a multidisciplinary team in a school
setting, on the premise that any school that wishes to promote a policy of inclusive
education should develop policies and practices that contribute actively to building a
shared knowledge; accordingly, educational managers should develop learning
environments that enhance the individuality of each student, promoting social
interaction and autonomy. The research will present the methodology used, which has it
refers to foundations and philosophical assumption underpinning specific study. This
reflection was made by means of a literature review, with this procedure ocorrereu the
use of interviews with the managers, teachers and parents of children with SEN. The
results of this study demonstrated that the conceptions and attitudes of professionals
involved in this process are contradictory, divided between positive for inclusion and
biased segregation. Finally, it points out that the formation of a multidisciplinary team
can assist the design of inclusion of students with disabilities in classes, which can
guarantee a better use in the education of ourselves, but it certainly will not solve all
problems education and learning. Depending on the requirements in the nature of the
object of this research, this study shows how a fruitful path to achieving goals, since this
study is related to the comprehension of the research subject, not with the obtidos
results with the implementation of a multidisciplinary team in the process of social
inclusion of SEN pupils
