Optimization of thermoelectric thin-films deposited by co-evaporation on plastic substrates

Abstract

The optimization of the thermal co-evaporation process for ntype Bismuth Telluride and p-type Antimony Telluride onto plastic substrates (Kapton© polyimide) for thermoelectric applications is reported.This work was supported by POCTI MPYROM and Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (SFRH/BD/18142/2004)
