Abstract
Tendo presente a evolução da política portuguesa no período mais recente de
governação socialista, pretende-se analisar algumas ambiguidades das
políticas educativas portuguesas, com incidência particular na dialéctica do
reajustamento do direito à justiça ao dever de modernizar, a partir
fundamentalmente das questões da autonomia e da avaliação.Taking into account the evolution of Portuguese politics in the recent years of
socialist government, this paper aims at analysing some ambiguities of
Portuguese educational policies; discussing issues on autonomy and
evaluation, our main focus will be on the dialectics of the readjustment of the
right to justice to the duty of modernisation.Dans cet article on prétend à analyser quelques ambiguïtés des politiques
éducatifs portugaises aux années récents du gouvernement socialiste; en
discutant des questions de autonomie et de l’évaluation, nous envisageons
surtout la dialectique du réajustement du droit à la justice au devoir de
modernisation
