Temeljni procesi u sustavu nabave

Abstract

Cilj izrade ovog završnog rada je upoznati se sa poslovanjem nabave, procesom nabavljanja i poslovima vezanima uz proces nabavljanja koji su neophodni za nesmetano funkcioniranje poduzeća. Opisane su aktivnosti koje se odvijaju nakon utvrđivanja i opisivanja potreba te izrada plana nabave. Žele li se ostvariti postavljeni ciljevi nabave, proces nabavljanja treba se odvijati na temelju plana i pripreme nabave, kako bi se raspoloživim sredstvima oblikovalo adekvatno upravljanje procesima nabave te u najvećoj mjeri i na racionalan način zadovoljilo potrebe korisnika.The object of this final paper is to meet the procurement business, the procurement process and the businesses dealing with the procurement process which are necessary for uninterupted functioning of the company. The activities that are going on after determining and describing the needs as well as working out the procurement plan are being described. In the case if the set goals have to be realised, the procurement process has to be developing on the basis of procurement plan and preparation that with the available means form the adequate managing of the procurement process, and in the highest measure and in a rational way satisfy the needs of the user
