238 páginasEste trabajo presenta la caracterización del Sistema de Innovación Rural en el subsector panelero de la región de Cundinamarca. Es así como, a través de técnicas de investigación cualitativa y mediante la recolección de información en documentos, bases de datos y entrevistas semiestructuradas, se identifica la estructura del sistema, que se determina a partir del análisis de las relaciones de influencia y dependencia de los actores públicos y privados que afectan al sistema. También se realiza un mapeo funcional, en donde se describe el comportamiento de las funciones que debe desarrollar el sistema de innovación para que se generen dinámicas de intercambio y producción de conocimiento, que den lugar a nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Finalmente, del análisis se identifican aquellos factores que han facilitado y limitado el proceso de innovación en el subsector panelero de la región.
Los resultados de la investigación muestran que el Sistema de Innovación Rural del subsector panelero cuenta con los elementos básicos de un sistema de innovación, sin embargo, este aún se encuentra en una fase de crecimiento; debido a que la red de colaboración que desempeña las funciones que facilitan y promueven la innovación aún es débil. No obstante, hay que reconocer el proceso de aprendizaje colectivo, que surge de un proceso dinámico (en el tiempo), principalmente de los actores locales, que han logrado apropiarse de los conocimientos y liderar las actividades de innovación.This paper presents the characterization of the Rural Innovation System in the panelero subsector of the Cundinamarca region. Thus, through qualitative research techniques and through the collection of information in documents, databases and semi-structured interviews, the structure of the system is identified, which is determined by the analysis of the relations of influence and dependence of the public and private actors that affect the system. A functional mapping is also carried out, describing the performance of the functions that the innovation system must develop in order to generate dynamics of knowledge exchange and production, that give rise to new business opportunities. Finally, the analysis identifies those factors that have facilitated and limited the innovation process in the panelero subsector of the region.
The results of the research show that the Rural Innovation System of the panelero subsector has the basic elements of an innovation system, but it is still in a growth phase; because the collaborative network that performs the functions that facilitate and promote innovation is still weak. However, it is necessary to recognize the collective learning process, which arises from a dynamic process (over time), mainly from local actors, who have succeeded in appropriating knowledge and leading innovation activities.Magíster en Gerencia para el DesarrolloMaestrí
