The subject of study is the international Danone dairy company. Danone is a French food company, a well-known manufacturer of dairy products and other food products. Founded in 1919 by pharmacist Isaac Carasso (1874–1939) in Barcelona, he was named after his son Daniel (diminutive – Danone) [1]. The OSH management system is not only part of the overall management system, but also one of the key elements that ensures the safety of the work activities of production staff. Labor safety at work and labor protection are essentially the same. All these measures are aimed at ensuring the staff a healthy and safe working environment. For this purpose, situations that arise in production are studied, and their analysis is carried out in order to prevent more such cases, namely accidents, injuries, occupational diseases. A special system of measures and requirements is being developed to prevent the above problems. Using the case of an international company, the Wise safety management system is being considered [2]. Wise is a labor safety system consisting of wise, which is aimed at changing employee behavior and compliance with ERM standards, which describe how a process should be organized, for example (work at height, evacuation, work in confined spaces) [2]. In formulating and solving the problem of creating an occupational safety system, the following aspects were considered [2]: – how to motivate employees to follow the rules of the labor safety system; – cardinal rules of the system; – who is responsible for occupational safety; –  how an employee can influence system development; –  the goals and plans of the enterprise for labor protection; –  priorities for labor protection at the enterprise; –  labor protection measures at the enterprise.
