Prevention of risky behavior in the Gymnasium Ks. Tadeusz Jarmundowicza in Szczekociny

Abstract

Celem poznawczym niniejszej pracy, jest diagnoza szkolnego programu profilaktycznego zachowań ryzykownych, realizowanego w Gimnazjum im. Ks. Tadeusza Jarmundowicza w Szczekocinach, natomiast celem praktycznym jest próba sformułowania postulatów dla praktyki pracy pedagoga. W pracy zostały wyróżnione najważniejsze czynniki mające bezpośredni wpływ na ryzykowne zachowania gimnazjalistów zarówno w szkole, jak i poza nią.Problemy te ukażę w świetle literatury pedagogicznej oraz na podstawie własnych badań. Niniejsza praca składa się z części teoretycznej, metodologicznej-zawierającej badania przeprowadzone wśród uczniów Gimnazjum w Szczekocinach, ich rodziców a także z Pedagogiem szkolnym, oraz z części empirycznej gdzie zaprezentuję wyniki badań własnych. Rozdział pierwszy poświęcony jest ukazaniu teoretycznego aspektu profilaktyki. W rozdziale tym przedstawiam terminologiczne oraz teoretyczne zagadnienia związane ze sposobami rozumienia profilaktyki, jej poziomy, oraz strategie i cele realizacji. Drugi podrozdział zawiera tematykę zachowań ryzykownych młodzieży. Poruszam w nim kwestie związane z krytycyzmem wieku dojrzewania, omawiając specyfikę tego okresu, dodatkowo przedstawiam zarys kilku najpopularniejszych zachowań ryzykownych tj.: palenie papierosów, picie alkoholu, zażywanie narkotyków i wagarowanie. W trzecim podrozdziale omawiam czynniki ryzyka oraz czynniki chroniące, natomiast w czwartym zawarte są treści związane z podstawami prawnymi szkolnego programu profilaktycznego.Rozdział drugi obejmuje metodologię badań własnych, czyli: cel i problemy, zmienne i wskaźniki, metody oraz techniki, narzędzia badawcze, czas i miejsce badań oraz charakterystykę grupy badawczej.W rozdziale trzecim przedstawiam zestawienie ilościowe i jakościowe uzyskanych wyników na podstawie samodzielnie przeprowadzonych badań.Pracę kończą bibliografia oraz aneks.The cognitive purpose of this study is an academic diagnosis of risky behavior prevention program, implemented in the Gymnasium Ks. Tadeusz Jarmundowicza in Szczekociny, and the goal is to try to formulate practical demands for the practice of educator work.The paper highlighted the most important factors that have a direct impact on risky behavior school students both in school and beyond.I will present these problems in the light of the Teaching Literature and based on my own research. This work consists of theoretical, methodological-containing surveys of students in Szczekociny School, their parents as well as school educator, and the empirical part where I will present the results of my own research. The first chapter is devoted to the publication of the theoretical aspect of prevention. In this chapter I present the terminology and theoretical issues related to understanding the ways of prevention, the levels and the implementation of strategies and objectives. The second section, contains themes of youth risk behaviors. I deal with the issues associated with adolescence criticism, discussing the specifics of the period; in addition I present the overview of several of the most popular risky behaviors such as: smoking, drinking, drug use and truancy. In the third section, I discuss the risk factors and protective factors, and the fourth section deals with the legal basis of school prevention program. The second chapter includes the methodology of my own study, namely: the purpose and problems, variables and indicators, methods and techniques, research tools, time and place of study and the characteristics of the research group. The third chapter provides an overview of quantitative and qualitative results obtained from my own research.The work ends with a bibliography and appendix.
