The author, in the publication, wanted to show existence of the stereotypes of professional type among workers in environment of the hospitals. These partitions, in the large measure, result from labeling workers from regard on membership to the groups of the medical workers and the auxiliary workers. The
analysis one leant on the analysises of the literature and the original researches passed in 3 of a province hospitals. Publication has to show the results of existence of stereotypes and description the universal process of communication oneself among workers in environment burdened with disturbances and with the errors resulting from working of the stereotypes in space of the hospital
