Abstract

Praca porusza zagadnienie cyberprzestępczości na gruncie współczesnych unormowań prawnych zawartych w rozdziale XXXIII Kodeksu Karnego, a także problem dowodów elektronicznych, ich prawidłowego zabezpieczenia oraz dalszej analizy. Omawiając przepisy Kodeksu Karnego w świetle regulacji międzynarodowych zwraca uwagę na ich wady. Porusza również zagadnienia terminologiczne związane z tematemThe work concerns the subject of cybercrime on the basis of contemporary legal norms contained in Chapter XXXIII of the Criminal Code, as well as the problem of digital evidence , their proper collection and further analysis.By analysing proper rules of the Criminal Code in the light of international regulations draws attention to their shortcomings. It also tackles the issue of terminology related to the subject
