Abstract
我国新建的燃煤火力发电机组大多采用石灰石-湿法脱硫工艺,湿法烟气引起的盐雾腐蚀是导致火电厂烟囱内衬材料脱落的重要因素。本文基于真空辅助成型(VARTM)工艺低成本制造了玻纤/乙烯基酯复合材料,并在盐雾试验箱中分别腐蚀4 d、14 d、28 d和60 d,模拟其在自然盐雾环境下的力学性能变化,分析了复合材料的耐盐雾腐蚀性能,并采用SEM法分析微观机理和腐蚀前后试样表面形貌演化规律。结果表明,经过60 d的盐雾腐蚀,复合材料的力学性能均呈现出先增加后下降的趋势,在盐雾腐蚀60 d后,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、层间剪切强度分别下降了5. 6%、12. 71%、13. 61%。微观形貌表征发现,盐雾腐蚀后树脂基体发生了膨胀开裂,在纤维-树脂界面处形成缺陷进而导致力学性能下降。福建省特种先进材料重点实验室资助课题宁夏回族自治区重点研发项目(2018BDE02048
