柴油加氢装置应用MHUG技术优化运行分析

Abstract
福建联合石化公司柴油加氢装置采用中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的中压加氢改质MHUG技术及RS-2100精制剂和RHC-131加氢改质催化剂,加工来自常减压装置的直馏柴油和催化柴油,工艺流程为先加氢精制、后加氢改质,生产石脑油馏分和柴油,改质柴油作为国VI清洁柴油产品,同时部分作为乙烯裂解原料。改造后装置柴油产品的各项指标均达到了国VI车用柴油质量标准,其中十六烷值由原料的45左右提高到产品的63.5,硫含量稳定小于7 mg/L,同时柴油BMCI值在18左右,裂解产品双烯收率得到提高,实现了改造的预期目标
