Abstract
针对反映磨床运行状态的各种特征信号,以NI-PXI高性能测试平台为硬件核心,在LabVIEW编程环境中进行软件开发,完成了一套对磨床重要部件的振动、温度、声发射信号进行实时采集、存储、分析的监测系统。阐述了监测系统的功能和整体结构,以及系统的具体实现方法。系统利用硬件端不同模块实现不同信号的准确采集,在软件设计中加入数据的存储和分析。同时,基于监测系统中数据结构复杂、种类繁多和数据庞大,将数据库技术运用于系统软件中,从而实现对监测系统中数据的有效管理。对监测软件进行测试,验证了软件相关功能的可行性。国家科技重大专项(904专项Ⅱ期):大口径光学元件超精密磨削技术与装备研究(2017ZX04022001-207 904-2);蓝宝石光学表面的柔性气囊抛光理论及中频误差控制机制(JCYJ20160517103720819
