Abstract
独立学院的教师职业倦怠并不仅仅是个体心理层面的问题,而是具有规模效应的社会学问题。从表面上看,职业倦怠是由独立学院教师的薪酬待遇低、职称评比难、身份地位不高等外在因素造成的;但从社会学角度进行分析,独立学院教师的职业倦怠其实是时间结构与空间结构双重夹击下形成的社会问题。这一问题的解决不可能依赖于个别化的心理干预,而是呼吁社会的整体性改变。福建省中青年教师教育科研项目“社会结构视域下独立学院学生评教失效原因探究”(JAS180930)的阶段性成
