液固两相射流中304不锈钢冲蚀行为研究

Abstract
本文应用实验与模拟相结合的方法研究了液固两相射流中304不锈钢磨损。实验考虑了颗粒属性包含颗粒粒径变化、颗粒粗糙度变化、颗粒形状长宽比变化三个方面对不锈钢样品磨损行为的分析;模拟分析了颗粒随流场运动的轨迹、颗粒-壁面撞击点分布以及导致的不锈钢表面磨损分区的变化.电化学测试了304不锈钢样品表面经冲蚀后,抗腐蚀性能强弱的变化。测试手段包括材料质量损耗、SEM观察、电化学测试。结果表明:在30°冲击角度下,颗粒运动轨迹与流场一致,造成了撞击点的不同分布,样品表面的磨损分区;颗粒撞击造成304不锈钢材料表面抗腐蚀性能减弱。国家自然科学基金(No.NNSFC-51376153;No.51406235
