Many professionals view onlineeducation as inferior to face-to-face learning; however, during the COVID-19 pandemiceducators and students were forced to pivot to "crisis schooling online," which catapultedonline learning to the global spotlight and identified crucial gaps in skills needed to supportstudents in the virtual environment. As a result of COVID-19 online learning experiencesand opportunities to expand educational offerings to a wider group of people, manyleadership teams are rethinking the role online teaching and learning plays within thelong-term strategic vision for their respective organizations. The goals of my research arethreefold: a) build faculty e-pedagogy efficacy; b) create collaborative support networks;and c) connect e-pedagogy to student success and experience.
