6شكل  91 .................................................................................... ی سر و صورت در زنان به تفكیک ماه های سال ناحیه                              فارسي چكیده                 چكیده:استئوماکوتیس بیماری نادر و خوش خیمی است که با پدید آمدن ندول های استخوانی  مقدمه و هدف:در ناحیه درم مشخص می شود. علت این بیماری هنوز شناخته نشده است و ممکن است به صورت اولیه  یا  ثانویه  ایجاد  شود.  تحقیق  حاضر  به  منظور  بررسی  شیوع  میلیاری  استئوماکوتیس  از  تصاویر اسکن  بیمارستان  شفا  کرمان طی تی ی سر و صورت در بخش سی شده  از  ناحیهگرفته  اسکن  تی سی انجام شد. 7931-8931 esaCپژوهش حاضر از نوع مقطعی می باشد و این مطالعه به صورت بررسی بیماران ( مواد و روش ها:حاصل از بیماری ی سر و صورت ) است که جهت بررسی تظاهرات رادیولوژیک ضایعات ناحیهseiresاسکن بیمارستان شفا کرمان تی ی بیماران مراجعه کننده به بخش سی میلیاری استئوماکوتیس، کلیه که به این بیمارستان مراجعه و تحت درمان  قرار گرفته اند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.  7931-8931طی اسکن بیمارستان شفا کرمان تیسی جامعه موردنظر در این پژوهش کلیه بیماران مراجعه کننده به بخش برداری  از ضایعات  ناحیه ی سر و صورت  به  این بخش باشند که جهت عکسمی   7931-8931طی  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل  22نسخه  SSPS اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار .اند مراجعه کرده  قرار گرفتند. سال  بود  که  حداقل  سن   25±03/7مراجعه  کنندگان  میانگین  و  انحراف  معیار  سن  کل    يافته  ها:درصد زنان  75درصد از بیماران مراجعه کننده مرد و  24 سال می باشد. 38و حداکثر  12مراجعین  14/5درصد می باشد که از این بین شیوع میلیاری استئوماکوتیس  01شیوع استئوماکوتیس .می باشند وماکوتیس مربوط به دهه سوم و چهارم، بیماران می باشد. درصد می باشد. بیشترین شیوع بیماری استئشایع ترین مکان ضایعات موجود در بیماری استئوماکوتیس در مردان، ناحیه فرونتال و شایع ترین مکان  ضایعات موجود در بیماری استئوماکوتیس در زنان، ناحیه ماگزیلاری می باشد.بالای  این  بیماری در زنان است و همچنین شیوع به طور کلی  نتایج حاکی  از شیوع  نتیجه گیری: 01، 8931تا  7931ی سر و صورت در بیمارستان شفا کرمان طی سال های استئوماکوتیس در ناحیه  درصد می باشد. شیوع، میلیاری، استئوماکوتیس، سی تی اسکن، بیمارستان شفا کرمان. واژگان كلیدی:                                  چكیده انگلیسي          Survay of the prevalence of osteoma macutis from CT scan images taken from the head and face in the CT scan unit of the Shafa hospital in Kerman during 2018-0192 Abstract Introduction: Osteomacosis is a rare and benign disease characterized by the formation of bone nodules in the dermis. The cause of this disease is not yet known and may be primary or secondary. The present study was performed to investigate the billion-dollar prevalence of osteomacitis from CT scans taken from the head and face in the CT scan of Shafa Hospital in Kerman during 2018-2019. Method: The present study is a cross-sectional study and this study is a case study of patients (Case series). They were referred to this hospital and treated. The study population in this study are all patients referred to the CT scan department of Shafa Hospital in Kerman during 2018-2019 who have referred to this ward for imaging of head and face lesions. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22. Results: The mean and standard deviation of the total age of clients was 52 ±30.7 years, with a minimum age of 21 and a maximum of 83 years. 42% of patients are male and 57% are female. The prevalence of osteomacosis is 41.5%. The highest prevalence of osteomacosis is related to the third and fourth decades of patients. The most common site of lesions in osteomacosis in men is the frontal region and the most common site of lesions in osteomacosis in women is the maxillary region. Conclusion: In general, the results indicate the high prevalence of this disease in women and also the prevalence of osteomacosis in the head and face area in Shafa Hospital in Kerman from 2018-2019 is 10%.
