     و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی کرمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی مهندس افضلی پور  پایان نامه: داخلیجهت دریافت درجه دکترای تخصصی   عنوان:بررسی شيوع هيپراوریسمی و ميزان همراهی ان با سایر عوامل خطر بيماری های عروق کرونر در جمعيت  3931-49کرمان در سال ساله شهر  57تا  51عمومی   استاد راهنما: دکتر فرزانه یزدی  استاد مشاور دکتر محمدرضا شکيبی  پژوهش و نگارش: سيستانی سميرادکتر   59 تابستان      Kerman University of Medical Sciences Faculty of Medicine    In partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Internal Medicine  Title: Reviewing the prevalence of hyperuricemia and the rate of its association with other risk factors for coronary artery diseases in Kerman 15-75 years old public population in 2014-2015  Supervisor:  Dr. Mohammad Reza Shakibi Dr. Farzaneh Yazdi  By:  Dr. Samira Sistani        چکیدهزمينه و هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعيين شيوع هایپراوریسمی و ميزان همراهی ان با سایر عوامل خطر  ساله شهر کرمان بود. 57تا  51بيماری های عروق کرونر در جمعيت عمومی ساله شهر  57تا  51نفر از جمعيت عمومی  0001این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی و توصيفی در مواد و روش ها: نفر که به  0006به تعداد  SDRACREKکرمان انجام شد. نمونه گيری از افراد مورد مطالعه در فاز اول طرح از تمامی  .انجام شد شدند  llacerو در فاز دوم  نددصورت خوشه ای از بين کل جمعيت شهر انتخاب شده بوبيماران نمونه خون جهت تعيين ميزان اسيد اوریک سرم تهيه شد و از انها چک ليستی شامل ابتلا به بيماری های تحليل  فشار خون و دیابت نوع درمان آنها و  مصرف سيگار و تنباکو پرسيده شد و تمامی داده ها جهت تجزیه و اوری شد.جمع  P= 0/100بيشتر بود (شيوع آن در مردان  و %9/3جمعيت مورد مطالعه  یافته ها: شيوع کلی هایپراوریسمی در  سال براورد شد 14شتر از افراد کم تر از سال شيوع هایپر اوریسمی بي 14همچنين در افراد بالای  ).eulavداروی شيميایی جهت درمان فشار خون بالا مصرف افرادی که شيوع هيپراوریسمی در  ).eulav P= 0/210( p= 0/200و مدت زمان بيشتری به فشار خون بالا مبتلا بودند بيشتر بود ( )eulav P= 0/100( نميکردند .) eulavکه  مسن ترمردان و افراد  یپر اوریسمی درنتيجه گيری: داده های حاصل از مطالعه فوق نشان داد که شيوع ها مبتلا به فشارخون هستند شيوع بيشتری دارد و درمان دارویی فشار خون در شيوع آن تاثير گذار است.      Abstract Field and aim: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of hyperuricemia and the rate of its association with other risk factors for coronary artery diseases in Kerman 15-75 years old public population.  Materials and methods: This study was conducted in 1000 people of Kerman 15-75 years old public population in cross-sectional and descriptive format. Sampling of the studied people was done in the first phase of KERCARDS plan with 6000 people who had been selected from the whole city population in cluster format (1) and were recalled in the second phase. Blood sample was prepared from all patients in order to determine the rate of serum uric acid and a checklist was asked from them that included suffering from blood pressure diseases and diabetes, type of their treatment and smoking and tobacco use and all of data were collected in order to analyze. Findings:General prevalence of hyperuricemia in the studied population was 9.3% that its prevalence was higher in men (P value = 0.001). Furthermore, the prevalence of hyperuricemia in people above 41 years old is higher than people under 41 years old (P value = 0.012). People who didn’t use chemical drug in order to treat high blood pressure                      (P value = 0.001), and suffered from blood pressure disease longer                 (P value = 0.002), had higher hyperuricemia prevalence  Conclusion: Data obtained from the above study showed that the prevalence of hyperuricemia is higher in men and old people who suffer from blood pressure disease and blood pressure chemotherapy is effective in its prevalence.
