( تنگی به صورت یک طرفه داشته انکنژکتیویت , گلوکوم , یووئیت و سابقه  .موارد نیز بی علامت بوده اند  %64چشم نیز شاکی بوده اند و نفر  02آلژی میتوانند به عنوان محرک باعث اشک ریزش شده که با حذف این علل تعداد اشک ریزش سابقه مصرف داروی ضد گلوکوم ,  یک نفر سابقه کنسر برست و شیمی درمانی ) است. یک نفر  %4.83( % ) داکریوسیستیت داشته  7) سابقه ابتلا به بلفاریت, دو نفر (  % 41نفر ( 7)  بلفاریت و  % 21نفر (  6, د اند که می توانند عاملی برای تنگی پانکتوم باشند. اکتروپیون و سابقه رادیو تراپی سر و گردن وجو  نداشت .طبق بررسی های انجام شده در گذشته و نتایج پژوهش حاضر تنگی پانکتوم بحث و نتیجه گیری:  درصد نسبتا بالای از بیماران را شامل می شود که معمولا با شکایت اشک ریزش مراجعه کرده که بیشتر که خود باعث اشک ریزش هم می شود. با توجه   آنها زن بوده و مهم ترین عامل تنگی بلفاریت می باشد به اینکه نیمی از موارد مثبت بدون علامت بوده و اختلالی برای ایشان ایجاد نکرده است. پیشنهاد می میلی متر به عنوان تنگی پانکتوم در نظر گرفته شود , هرچند که نژاد هم می  2.0شود مقادیر کمتر از  تواند موثر واقع شود .   تنگی پانکتوم , بلفاریت , اپیفورا اژه : کلید و                                  چکیده انگلیسی             Objective : Study of prevalence and associated factors of punctal stenosis in patients over 40 years old referred to shafa ophthalmology clinic of 1399 Methods : The punctum of all patients with slit lamps was examined, the size of which is less than 0.3 mm is considered as punctal stenosis (reference number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and patients with stenosis have a history of tears, burning, itching. History of allergies, history of eyelid infection, history of glaucoma and use of topical medications, history of cancer and chemotherapy (especially breast cancer), history of head and neck radiotherapy, history of trauma and examination for blepharitis, MGD, dacryocystitis, ectropion, glaucoma, uveitis, conjunctivitis, and also in patients who do not have a clear history of tearing, TMH evaluated with abnormal values greater than 0.2 mm. The DDT test, which is considered abnormal for more than 5 minutes, can also be used to check the function of the punctum. Result : Out of 182 patients, 92 (50.5%) were male and 90 (49.5%) were female. The mean age of patients was 58.46 years with a standard deviation of 12.89. Positive cases were 52 (28.6%) of which 33 (63.5%) were female and 19 (36.5%) were male and the mean age of positive cases was 59 years. 36% of cases had unilateral stenosis. People (54%) had tears, most of whom complained of burning and itching of the eyes, and 46% were asymptomatic. Conjunctivitis, glaucoma, uveitis and a history of allergies can cause tears as a stimulus. By eliminating these causes, the number of tears is 20 ( 38.4% ). One person had a history of taking anti-glaucoma, one person had a history of breast cancer and chemotherapy, 6 people (12%) had blepharitis and 7 people (14%) had a history of blepharitis, and two people (7%) had dacryocystitis, which can cause stenosis. There was no ectropion and no history of head and neck radiotherapy. Discussion : According to previous and present study, punctal stenosis involves a relatively high percentage of patients who usually present with tear complaints, most of whom are women and The most important cause of stenosis is blepharitis, which itself causes tears. Considering that half of the positive cases were asymptomatic and did not cause any disorder for them. It is recommended that values less than 0.2 mm be considered punctal stenosis, although race can also be effective.
