The IPAT Sixteen Personality Factor Test and the IPAT Humor Test of Personality as Devices for Assessing Counselors in Training

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between the personality characteristics of counseling trainees and those of a norm group of college students, and the relationships between the personality characteristics of counseling trainees and their performance in counseling interviews.
