In recent years, intercity transportation has gained momentum towards high-speed rail in Turkey.Ankara-Konya, Ankara-Eskişehir and Istanbul lines were opened for high-speed transportation inthis area. There are still high-speed train lines under construction. At the same time, there arealso various high-speed rail projects that will be started soon and are in the designing process.However, these projects require a big budget.
