Abstract

This scientifical work presents a new model of laboratory positive and differential diagnosis of primary and secondary glomerulopathies. Presented algorithms suppose 3-staged diagnostic activity which contains evidence-based fundamentation of the recommended biological probes, biochemical analyses and immunological tests, which offers the possibility of renal lesion character identification as well as the determination of the glomerulopathy etiology, pathogenetic mechanism and severity
