Non-invasive diagnostical aspects of myocardiopathy in hepatopulmonary syndrome

Laboratorul de Gastroenterologie, USMF Nicolae TestemițanuThe aim of the study was to estimate echocardiography activitiy of right and left heart ventriculars, in comparison to clinical stare of patients with liver cirrhosis. It has been estabilshed that changes in structural and functional activity of right and left parts of the heart in liver cirrhosis, to a great extent, depends on the severity of the disease, causing the reorganisation of central haemodinamics and possible appearance of pulmonary arterial hipertension. Pulmonary arterial hypertension represent a frequent complication of liver cirrhosis
