This writing aims to determine the task of Purchasing Clerk in the Procurement of Food In the Food Production Department at Verwood Hotel & Serviced Residence Surabaya. The author makes observations and retrieves supporting data in the hotel. The conclusion obtained that the task of the Purchasing Clerk at Verwood Hotel and Serviced Residence Surabaya is to procure foodstuffs to be produced by the kitchen and is responsible for the timeliness, competitive prices and quality of food ingredients needed by the User.
